This hotel screams clean and fresh...the smell.of the loby between lemongrass and orange mixed os really nice The rooms that face the street seems the problem one. Last visit i got frool 5 and the sound of the people spashing from the pool was really loud...this time i got 2nd floor...somehow the sound still travelling to the room...(though not as loud as 5th floor if you stay)

Fantastic customer care, everyone was so helpful, incredibly polite and considerate. This is in a quiet street in Marliboro, which is rare. I was vey happy with my experience. The hotel is immaculate, incredibly clean and well serviced. I only took off 1 star because the breakfast could have been a little more expansive, as is usual in Indonesia a lot of rich main course dishes for breakfast which I'm/we unaccustomed to.

Closeness to the city center, friendly and honest people. Breakfast was superb. Dinner was not well organized. took a lot of time to prepare.

Location close (walkable)to Malioboro st, and train station. Staff nice and helpful. There’s welcome drinks corner at lobby. Bfast okay, many options like local/raditional meals to international, and kids might like the ice cream and choco fountain corner. Regret to say, The bed sheets! I noticed once I went into the room. It has red stain though when I asked housekeeping staff to change it they immediately did. Unfortunately, the new sheets also have stained. It’s on both beds, I don’t mind if it looks outdated, but without stained! think the hotel need to changed all their bed sheets.

I got the front room that the outer shell of the hotel block the view from the window. As well as my room is under the swimming pool so the sound of bangging caused by people hitting the water in daytime is realy heardable.

The reception, bar and breakfast area on the entry level all look new and renovated, but the rooms sadly are not. Staff in general were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was subpar. I had stains on my towels, sheets and literally every pillowcase. I complained and they sent housekeeping to turn the room again, only to still have stains on the bedding. Black mold in all corners of the shower. Soap scum on the walls and glas divider. Stains/damage on the mirror. Loud mosque and school next door. Also, inhouse construction without warning.

Very unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Many stains on linen. Seems like the wall between rooms are really thin - we can hear sounds/talking from guest next door.

Staff are friendly, helpful, and always smile. The room does not keep noise. I stayed on the 5th floor; I heard noise from a dragging chair, table, and trolley at night. My room also the first one right after get off the elevator; I heard noise all the time.

This is a wonderful place to use as a base to explore Yogyakarta! The room and facilities are pleasant and the price is reasonable. If I ever return to the city, I will stay here again!

Since it is very family friendly there was a lot of kids running around the hallways playing and making noise early in the morning and late at night

Staff were great, I was always greeted with a smile and they were helpful with any enquiries I had. Location is great and right in the middle of the busy Malioboro area.

The location was excellent. Just off the main shopping street. It was full of children, it was ideal for young families with children’s entertainment. On the roof a pool full of inflatables, and a big children’s playroom, scooters in the lobby, even a push go kart track in the reception. They were having great fun. The breakfast had ice cream, sweets and candifloss!
