It’s in a great location surrounded by many restaurants in walking distance. It’s quiet at night and the rooms are comfortable. We love all the greenery and the fresh smells from all the plants. The bathroom door setup could be better.

The main area of the hotel is beautiful, and smells fresh from all the herbs growing throughout the hotel. The rooms have comfortable and large beds. There seems to be a lot of unused space in the hotel, if you have an off day the only spot to really hang out is in your room. I wished they got more chairs and comfortable spots to sit and read a book throughout the hotel.

Very ambient place, with a very interesting irrigation system for the greenhouse. I was lucky to see the fire drill too, really exceptional display of readiness.

The location, friendly staf, value for the money, bar & cafe nearby The corner of the bed was in the wrong position, causing my leg to bump into it. The rounded corner of the bed should be positioned on the outside.

The green environment, the room decoration, easy access to many restaurants/cafes Room is not sound proof. It is quite noisy during the day, espescially when they start to clean the neighbouring rooms.

The room was ok, the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a wide selection of food for the breakfast buffet. While the room was ok, the bathroom was small and cramped and not pleasant. The design of the hotel meant that the level of humidity was very high. The design around an enclosed hollow square also meant that the rooms were very noisy from noise in the lobby area and the pool. This was particularly bad as there was a very loud event with speakers taking place the entire afternoon of our last day. While there was a large selection of food options for breakfast the quality was pretty poor. This was the most expensive hotel that we have stayed at in a month of travelling in Indonesia and was one of the most disappointing of the trip.

Great location in the south, easily accessible with taxi. Loads of restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is very open so not many places that are cool and with A/C. The pool is very nice however quite close to the restaurant The restaurant is not much to brag about. I would probably just go out. The same goes for breakfast, great effort and very pleasant staff though not very interesting.

We liked basically everything in the hotel. Swimming pool is one of the best, staff is very friendly, room is great. We even got another room closer to the elevator because my wide had her ancle hurt. What we also liked is that in the restaurant young people are trained!
