I like the modest and warmest of the homestay. The bedroom is not big, but it suits to the need. Hot water smoothly ease the achiness of walking around Yogya. Breakfast is also provided. The best is its strategic area, many interesting places to eat and see around.

The facilities were as advertised, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the pool was a lovely feature to have access to. We planned a night hike to watch the sunset from a mountain and the staff offered to make us breakfast to take with us which was very kind and definitely needed! The breakfast was ready every morning at bang on the time we asked for. Our room was made each day with bottled water and clean towels. The location was quiet and peaceful; tucked away down a side street but still near to a main road with shops and restaurants on. All in all brilliant value for money and a great spot to stay Our room at night became a feeding ground for mosquitoes and incredibly warm even with the fan on. However if we had wanted air conditioning we would have booked a room advertised as having it.

Calm and peaceful hideaway in a big city. Lovely pool, nice staff and clean facilities. We were the only ones there most of the time so had the place to ourselves. Rooms are very small but for our needs it was perfect!

The pool is amazing, the place is quite and peaceful. Parking is too small.

Swimming pool is amazing, and the place is quiet and peaceful. Small parking, no room service to make sure the guests have all they need such as changing the mineral waters in our room, replace towel, toilet paper etc, hot water is not working properly, no sufficient toiletries, we also hear the noises from the roof (possibly rats).

Vert good location.good Price. Very poor reception in thé evening when thé person in charge is not there. We had a lot of difficulties to do thé checkin althought We had paid out rooms the d'ay before. And bathroom very poor with door broken...

Pool keep somewhat clean, towel (had patches), 1 small water bottle and only one soap provided. Friendly staff (but not much use) Don't get fooled by fancy reviews or hugely discounted price. Value is surely below that. We did same mistake. On arrival 1st Impression is "Is this the stay we booked, or are we in wrong place?" Imagine there is a place (you see in those fancy pictures ) built and closed down 5-10 years without anyone stepping in, and suddenly opening with quick clean only. That's how this place looks like. Shower options are very cold water and cold water (long time opening, still same cold water). Towels had some patches. Can hear next room sounds (even shower opening closing sound). AC takes time to cool. Commode, not dirty, but old & dirty looking (and has cracks). Very very small rooms (double bed in corner, one side 4feet and other 2 feet clearance. Ceiling fan has dust, so didn't bothered to turn on. Can hear rats running on ceiling. No tea,coffee,kettle, cupboard, brush, shampoo. Why I put these because it's misleading to see reviews and pictures and coming here. And with the money paid, admin should able to do little more. If you book this place for somebody else, they will speak and laugh at you until end of your life :) safe side, show this review at least before booking :) August 2022

Great to have the pool in a lovely setting. Good location near bars and restaurants. I was a bit shocked by how small the room was and the fact the beds were just old, thin mattresses on a board. The mattresses and sheets need updating.

No double beds for us, but empty rooms with double beds!! Wifi no good.
