Nothing There is renovation going on just in front of the room, it is super noisy, you can hear all the electric tools from the outside, the staff even the manager can not address the issue.

I really like the breakfast and the dinning hall. Swimming pool was also a nice addition even though it could be bigger The room could be cleaner. There was some mold on the bathroom tiles. The room air felt quite dusty.

Food is delicious and many options for breakfast, and good location Very small room and small bed even in Deluxe room! The bed is less comfertable. Air conditioner not cool enough. The minibar is not working. The bathroom is small. These rooms are not clean and are not worth for the amount paid. The electric kettle was not cleaned for ages. Even there was a cockroach in the room!

We got room upgrades from one of the lady at the front office, The staff were very kind and helpful, the restaurant staff were very friendly and professional, the manager were attentive and came to our table to ask the feedbacks, The staff at the pool very helpful to find my son’s toys which was drowned, one of the concierge “arjuna” was kind and very polite to assist us to drop to train station. We were amazed with all the services, we were family with 6 members,and they really took care of us, Definitely will come back. Would be great if the hotel can improve the Viennoiserie section at the breakfast

The location of the hotel is very strategic, can go to Malioboro by walk. The lounge and room service open 24hours. The staffs are very friendly. ??? Nothing

Very close to Yogyakarta train station & well located for the Malioboro area. The room was comfortable & staff very helpful & friendly. There was a huge choice at breakfast & it was very tasty. The only downside was that we didn’t know what some of the food was as there was no English translation so it was a case of trying it, all part of the adventure! We asked for a breakfast box on one morning as we had a 4am trip booked & this was ok. The only downside with the room was that it was very bright in the morning as there were no curtains just roller blinds. These did not cover the window properly so make sure you bring an eye mask!

The location is perfect, near to Jalan Malioboro with a lot of shops and superb food. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The sound of the trains were quite lout at night, because of the near train station. Windows should be isolated better, to not wake up at night.

All the staff were amazing, so warm and friendly. The location of the hotel is great. The menu lacks a bit, it would be nice to see more authentic Indonesian dishes.

Very handy for Malioboro St and the railway station where the train from Yogyakarta International Airport stops It did what we wanted

Location's superb. The staffs are nice as ever. By the time I stayed here, there was a renovation of their restaurant, so it's kinda annoying--it affected the payment system handling to be kinda slow. They also used to have 'Delman' for the city tour, but not anymore, and it's kinda sad (although you still can rent it at a city tourism center like Malioboro or Stasiun Tugu). The rest is still as good as it is.
