Excellent location with many good restaurants nearby. Nice pool area. Nice room. Poor breakfast with empty dish plates already 1.5 hours before breakfast time ended ( non-fasting breakfast). Nothing to eat. Good coffee. Reception offered coupon for wellcome drink, but restaurant did not accept it. Explanation: no room number in coupon. No sense to reserve the room with breakfast included, like we did. With that money you can get good breakfast outside.

Great staff, location, and quiet area! Rooms were nice and breakfast was good. The staff was definitely the highlight. Also, we wanted a place with a gym which was hard to find. The gym here was good enough (treadmills, weights and a few standard machines), and it had AC! Bathrooms are dark. We had an AC issue but the staff was attentive! Hopefully they have a longer term fix.

Amazing staff--very friendly and helpful (front desk, housekeeping, and dining)! Nice room size, lots of storage spaces, and a cute balcony overlooking the swimming pool/garden. Great location with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, boutique-style stores, spas, laundry service, and motorcycle rentals nearby. Wonderful breakfast/brunch buffet was available daily with quite extensive menu with local to western food choices. You can't wrong with this hotel! Nothing that we can think of.

I have been stayed in here for 4 or 5 times and I think I will stay here again in next vacation. I love the location so much. It’s at a quiet street, just next to the lively Prawirotaman street where you can find whatever you like or need. The breakfast is very good. The shower could be improved.

For a start, I must mention the staff that was very courteous and responsive from the booking stage months before, and their assistance and smiles in the hotel itself. The rooms were really nice and so was the pool. A great plus was the filtered water jug in the hallway which you could use to refill your personal bottles. Breakfast was fantastic with a vast variety of food, including eggs made to your liking and pancakes. We prearranged a hotel pickup from the airport, and a driver to visit Borobudur and Prambanan. We really enjoyed the stay here. This has nothing to do with the hotel! We found it difficult to walk around the hotel area and Yogyakarta in general due to the lack of sidewalks...

Our room needed maintenance. It was too old and the furniture were worn out. The bathroom was dated and our basin tap was broken.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts with lots of variety. Well shielded from general street noise. Also enjoyed our spa visits. Proximity to many mosques that woke us up at 3:30 am every night. Also, the lighting was insufficient, especially in the bathroom and we ran out of hot water frequently.
