There was no inconvenience while all stff were very friendly.It is perfect hotel for travelers because many convenience facilities and many resruarants around. The faility was a bit old, but there was no incovience in using it. I will come back this hotel next time.

The room is very spacious and comfortable, the pool looked clean, the balcony is regularly clean and the staffs are friendly. The location is perfect for us, 3 mins walking to the famous gelato shop and 7 mins driving to the famous satay restaurant, however the traffic is quite bad to get to the city center. Some of the furnitures need to be updated, but i do love the antique wood design of the furnitures. I don't like the blanket.

Simple but adequate First night the place wasn't crowded and it was pretty good. Second night there was packed with an teenager excursion and it was really noise and WiFi very flacky

It is very refreshing to have a pool and to be so close- in walking distance- from the foody streets ! The roomservice and the staff were nice and very helpful. You have water dispenser. Some people were very disrespectful, shouting in the swimming pool around 2am, and they continue even though we asked them to stop. They were probably drunk and nothing has been done however. The room was okay, but it might need a bit of refreshment for the price. I would recommande the place though !

The bed was old and saggy. Not clean. Bathroom leaked and was dirty. Extremely noisy. I won't recommend.

Great location in a cool but quiet area, walking distance from hip bars and shops, nice room and very comfy bed, quick motor/car ride from Malioboro and other attractions, good facilities, pool, kind and helpful staff, free water refills; Also the staff let me store my suitcase there for a day after I’d checked out so that I wouldn’t have to lug it on my day trip! Everything was good though admittedly it was hard to sleep without earplugs due to a banging in the ceiling at night and the ease with which noise carries from the pool (there were children staying at the time I was there and they were up early every morning playing and yelling)

Cheap and easy hotel with a good location. Rooms weren't particularly clean especially the bathrooms. The staff weren't overly eager to help with requests either unless pushed further.

Nice people, quiet place, used the swimming pool a lot. Close to a lovely street with lots of nice restaurants For 3 people the room was a bit small, we had one extra matras on the floor

The staff were nice. It’s very old and doesn’t look like the pictures. If it had been a cheaper price I would have accepted it but it’s so expensive for a hotel that’s lacking in areas. It might be fine for locals, but for tourists this is a bit of a rip off.
