With the price i expect something better, turn out its a very basic room like a cheap hotel. I double booked by mistake and they cannot return the money for the other room for me

Great location around the middle of Malioboro street. Breakfast was good with various menu of local cuisine. Room was not large but sufficient for us to move and place our luggage. It has a window with city view. They don't provide electric kettle but there's a water dispenser located in each floor No hair dryer

Only 1 elevator working. I texted my 2pm arrival time several times and was acknowledged by the hotel, yet when I arrived at 3pm, was told that I had to wait another half hour because they were still cleaning the room

A "toiletty" smell in the toilet. The facilities themselves were clean, it was just this smell.
