The location and the price were perfect The room wasn't clean enough, and it was going through maintenances, and it was very noisy.

Location I have to trough maze alike gang to get in my room, Ambience is not like a hotel. Staff dont have hospitality skill, need my initiatif to meets my need Bathroom smells, Have stains on my sheets Wall not solid

It is located in a nice tourist spot,. The price is good for the area as there are many more expensive hotels on the street, there is a nice cafe attached to the hotel.

Everything except parking lot Why hotel parking lot use by others and our car need to move to hotel parking lot the next day. Very incovenience

The location made this hotel ideal as it was close to lots of great restaurants. If you are looking for somewhere cheap with a comfortable bed, a hot shower and air con after a long day of sightseeing then Airlangga hotel is fine. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay. The hotel needs some major refurbishment as it is looking very tired and in need of a facelift. However, this was very much reflected in the price.

the swimming pool is spacious enough and well maintained, beds are nice with extra pillows and clean duvet 1. Our room on 3rdfloor are designed with mostly glass door and glass wall > this is not satisfactory in terms of safety. 2. The public area ( e.g. corridor ) should hv been covered with CCTV and / or enough lighting so people can find out who have been wetting our room corridor with yellowish-substance. Of course, it always can be assumed as urine or beer liquid > who can tell the difference ? 3. house keeping doesnt seem to uphold a 3rd-hotel standard by NOT providing our room with sufficient bathroom mat

Swiming pool and the kantine beside and part of the hotel. It's so pity that there are bars across the street that also play loud music until 1 a.m. during the week, so you can't sleep, many guests are on motorcycles and noise of starting the bikes. Please more attention should be paid to the cleaning of the toilet and bathroom in every room it looks run down, it is a pity that bleach and anti-limescale products are not used, but that is the case almost everywhere in Indonesia, and the air conditioning also deserves a cleaning for the cold air. Quite expensive for the service, if you compare it with other 3 star hotels.

Loud bar across the street that plays until 2am. Sad that the hotel has to deal with this but it’s reality nonetheless.

Location was good and hot water was available 24/7. There were many staff members just hanging out around the hotel (and being quite loud) without any specific tasks to do. The furniture in the room was old and in poor condition. Moreover, the room was dirty: we found some hair in the shower when we arrived. Finally, there was supposed to be a cafe and a restaurant in the hotel, but there was not.

The location s exceptional, Just be ready with d nite lives music from surrounding Cafes, extending till 2 am Wish the hotel would provide better beds,and swimming pool ìs safe guarded with lines or other features to indicate depth.
