The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was concerned about the stains on the towels.

Can get a little noisy with guests being loud early in the morning

Location It could be a not relevant point, but it would be nice if towels smelled better. It seemed clean but no fragance added.

The pool is very small, the elevators sometimes were busy and took a while to arrive.

The breakfast was good and varied for all people visiting the hotel I feel the hotel fee was a bit high for the area. The front desk people did not have any training on what the area had to offer in regards to culture , music at night and nearby restaurants. This could be easily corrected with education and research regarding the area.

Its a new hotel from what Ive heard, so it was nice, I stayed for 5 nights (April 26th - May 1st 2025), perfect location (approx. 450m from Tugu train station arrival's gate), variant breakfast choices, staff are very friendly & helpful, was a great experience❤️ So far...I dont have any thing that I dislike

Very nice hotel, especially walking distance from the jogja station as well as malioboro street. It's very clean n modern type hotel ,relatively new. Have most of facilities star hotel offers. Buffet breakfast is so good with many varieties. There s nice view of mountains from the top floor where one restaurant also have. I got rental motor bike just adjacent building on reasonable rate. Staffs are nice and well behaved.

Location , Staff and Breakfast. Poor hot water in the bathroom and no hot water for basin. Lobby was very warm and humid with no fan to help to circulate the air.

Location is in the centre of Malioboro. Food is nice, room is huge for a family of 2+ 2 children and a baby. Room has cigarette smell and room floor was swollen from water soaking because of bad design of the toilet/bath area.
