Close to Legoland There were a power outage when we arrived that last more than an hour, not the fault of the resort but least they could have done to provide food or compensation- they did not and received compensation from booking.com in the end The cabins are not clean and they only made our bed for the 2 nd night The pool was crowded and there were no chairs Breakfast does not have any vegetables Food is very expensive and only OK

The staff was so politely... My bed was dirty, they didn't change all sheets that day I am sure 100%, had chips and long black hair on the bed was disgusting.. I left the dirty on the sheets showing so the housekeeping could change the next morning and she didn't, she just put back the sheets the way that it was before, unbelievable, so I asked for sheets and I change by myself.. thats no problem the problem is they didn't change the sheets when clean the room for the next guest, disgusting..

The location of the facility is great if your main goal is to go to Legoland. The staff was excellent and facilities were clean. The mattresses on the twin beds were horrible. The springs poked into our backs, making it extremely uncomfortable which made the overall experience very poor. It’s difficult to enjoy the amusement park when you weren’t able to sleep and are hurting from the poor quality of the beds.

Amazing , clean , cute , quiet . Kids loved it The remote didn’t work for the tv and couldn’t get anyone out to fix it . So couldn’t watch tv at night

It's pretty cool, the atmosphere is awesome. The staff are really nice. The price is high for the amenities in the room. And we were charged for hidden fees. You pay a $100 deposit per night for "incidentals" or room charges. Supposed to be refunded. I only used a portion of the money on food there. Not only did I not get any refund, they charged my card over the deposit. I received an email that said it had an attachment of my charges, but there was no attachment or anything showing charges. I emailed back. Nothing. I called the number it showed online and I got nothing. Pretty disappointed.

Kids loved building with Legos & Lego theme. Comfortable beds & clean. Wanted to eat at the restaurant for dinner but there was only one cook and wait was too long. Expensive to stay.

The staff at EVERY location was exceptional. Life guards were on point, alert, watching all the kids, not on phones or talking to each other. Stayed in the bungalows, was hard for my husband who is partially handicapped as we were given the furthest one from the parking lot. Handicapped parking should be next to those bungalows. Also, need to be able to call the front desk for questions. texting is hard when you want to ask questions about the property accomidations. I went to the hotel 2 times to ask about the hotel and itself and what it offered.

Location and it was not chaotic The bunk beds were so creaky and loud my grandson had to come sleep in our bed. I tried to sleep in the bottom bunk myself and it was so noisy every little adjustment made huge loud creaky sounds and woke up everyone

I thought I was booking the pirate hotel and they sent me to the beach hotel.

It was nice and the staff where really nice The beds where kinda small

The room had ants, the floor was dirty and the blanket and a couple of towels had hair on them and the TV signal kept going out every5 minutes!! ! Totally not up to my expectations, especially for the price paid. I would not recommend The whole thing was misrepresented! This was certainly no beach resort. It was a borderline dump, and I would like a partial refund and at least parking refunded since it was far from the bungalow with very few carts to transport your luggage from car. And, the TV went out every 20 minutes because it kept loosing the signal!!

Everything was in walking distance on the property. Manager was super nice. Pool area was dirty and the pool was nasty. Everywhere you swarm you got hair on you, bottom of the pool was full of sand and dirt. There was even poop on the pool deck that was dried up. Rooms are so small and barely any space where the bunk beds are. AC was out in our room and they switched us.
