The housekeeping schedule is not clear and shouls be explained upon arrival. Supposedly only after every second night, but you can be then pleasantly surpriaed when you don't expect the room to be cleaned and it is... Expedia advertises that the breakfast is included for $15 per person. In reality, you then receive at the hotel reception a $15 voucher for the restaurant on site which offers a good breakfast a la carte and then typically requires additional small payment. My tip: Don't prepay for the breakfast and keep your flexibility.

The room was very clean but I think that this place is fairly new construction. I just had to clean the filters of the A/C ventilation system at the sink and then spray them down with Lysol as they were a little dusty. This should be done routinely by the housekeeping staff as part of their cleaning duties. My wife also suggested the bathroom shower should have handle bars as the shower floor became slippery after it got wet. Someone could slip and fall. The staff were very friendly, courteous and supportive including the front desk. We didn't get a chance to use the pool as we stayed for only 1 night. We also didn't use the bar but we did eat dinner at the ground floor restaurant called Paloma's which claimed to be inspired by Mexican, Cuban and Latino influence. Well my wife and I are Latinos and we didn't like the cooked food or the quality of the food. We have eaten at plenty of restaurants including hotel restaurants and this one did not meet the quality we expected. It was poor quality but the service was good.

The kids own the hotel.. They own the pool, everything the hall ways ,at the time the bar could serve alcohol of any kind.. Just not for me

I have stayed here multiple times and always been pleased with everything. I arrived only to discover after checking in that the bar was closed due to no license. I feel like Booking and the facility should reduce my rate because of this not being disclosed beforehand. The hotel bar is a big part of why I stay there.

Rooms were dirty, staff is sneaky and rude, my room was not clean and I found a pair of swim bottoms at the bottom of the bed. Complained to staff and left several messages for hotel management to not be compensated appropriately for the issues. Pool was disgusting and not cleaned.

Don’t let them have you pay to come here for the bar because they don’t have a liquor license so that is just a floozy to get you to spend more money for this hotel. Don’t expect to be able to order off the full menu because they will probably be out of the items you ask for. The complementary breakfast that it states in their terms and conditions is actually not complementary breakfast. It’s $15 a person per day per person. You’ll be provided at 2 x 2 fridge. It may work it may not work. Don’t be surprised to have wires hanging out of your light sockets. And when it comes to the bottom line, and you confess your concerns to the appropriate people, don’t be shocked for nothing to be done about it! The only thing worth your money paying for this hotel is the nice pool! I didn’t wanna leave this for you, but I’ve tried too many options. I’ve gotten absolutely nowhere. Let’s not mention I specifically ordered a room because I have a torn meniscus in my knee. I was still put on the second floor. I didn’t make a fuss about it because there was an elevator, right? Well, how about you try and take a shower in an open shower without anything to hold onto. (Handicap accessible right?) negative. Some staff have been absolutely amazing while others have been 100% unhelpful and disgusting attitude.

Staff was outstanding. The pool seems to be shared with the economy side of the hotel which made the pool crowded with a lot of noise.

The bar was closed due to something about a permit. So if you want a. Wet or glass of wine …. Bring your own. And there was not coffee set up in Lobby in the morning. I think this is SOP at most hotels as who likes dunking around with those little coffee makers in your room. I’d ask for a refund on this stay as it didn’t come thru as depicted but I enjoyed the staff. Very nice people.

Property is not maintained well, and the surrounding area seems run down. My family of four stayed here for a couple of nights, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with kids. And there is no complimentary coffee in the mornings, which is ridiculous. I’m appalled that Hilton would put this in their “Tapestry” Collection!”
