This hotel isn’t bad at all, but it feels REAL nickel-and-dime like. Charging $12.99 PER DAY for Wi-Fi seems like a ripoff.

I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin.

The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating, I made a mistake on our reservation and noticed it last minute. They were able to fix my mistake and make sure that we had a great weekend. This place is great! I do not have any complaints

The front desk staff was professional, if not particularly friendly. (It was insanely busy, so I'm not mad.) Housekeeping was sweet. The restaurant staff was overwhelmed and almost rude with a smile. It was understandable, again, it was super busy. I would absolutely stay again.
