Very unique place with a western flare.

Great hotel. Good location. Can do a fire and roast marshmallows, which is something different from other hotels for kids to enjoy
-
Great location clean and great for family
-
I’d skip breakfast at Miss Kitty’s and opt for the mess hall.

Great stay. Very convenient. Cooler was a nice touch, wish we would've known the bikes were free. Highly recommend.

Such a fun place to stay!! Excellent for a large group with the fire pit, bocce ball, etc!

The architecture pays brilliant homage to the sweeping terrain, marrying honest timber and local stone with clean, modern lines. Inside, the rooms are sprawling oases of calm, boasting expansive footprints that echo the vast Arizona skies. The design language speaks fluently in rich textures and sun-faded hues, capturing the quiet dignity of old-money heritage while offering a fresh, contemporary lens on Southwestern living. It feels exclusive and intensely personal, a private haven far removed from the standard tourist rush. What truly elevates the experience is the intuitive warmth of the hospitality. The staff guides your stay with a seamless, easy grace that mirrors the slow drift of the Colorado River miles below, anticipating needs before they arise. As the twilight bruises the horizon into shades of deep amethyst and ochre, the property transforms into a meditative viewing deck for the cosmos. For the traveler seeking both the raw, thunderous poetry of the canyon and a polished, tranquil place to catch their breath.

Family friendly, pleasant staff, very convenient location.
-
Nice location for walking Route 66 and driving to Grand Canyon. A traditional motel retrofitted to provide a more hip setting.

Location No bar

Never made it in My reservation was canceled before I arrived, so I had to find a last‑minute place to stay.
-
No microwave , parking tight

The restaurant was out of stuff for breakfast

Location was great. Not in the center of things but nice and quiet. Beds were comfy. It seemed as if it was still the Red Roof Inn. The shower had mold and old flooring. I thought it had been renovated. They didn’t sweep the floor. They seemed to cater to hikers or those going to the Canyon and we had booked with breakfast but didn’t get it.

Tiffany, the front desk employee was exceptional. She made it easy for us to check in early (with an understandable fee) before heading to the GC for sunset. The room was small but clean and very comfortable. Listen, these places are expensive. Being close to the Grand Canyon will always come with a cost. That being said, they offer great service and the grounds are beautiful. I wish we had more time to spend there to justify the expense.

Great hotel for the $$$ Location

Great hotel
-
the only thing that was dangerous was the walkway with the curb and no hand rail. i watched multiple people trip over it. A railing should be added or the square curb removed.

After staying here two nights I wished I had chosen another place. They seemed understaffed and a request we had about changing the sheets did not happen. Being a senior adult, it wasn't for us. This would be a great place for families as they have amenities the children would love and it is close to the coaster!

I arrived around 7:50 PM when it was already dark. The driveway is one-way, and I missed the entrance the first time because there was not enough clear signage, so I had to drive all the way around due to the one-way street. There is also no clearly designated check-in parking area. Since it was late, parking was very limited and most of the available spots were handicap spaces. At check-in, the staff member greeted me and asked for the reservation name, but then directed me to an iPad to basically complete the check-in process myself. You have to enter all your information, including your vehicle make, model, and license plate just to park in the already small parking lot. The rooms are very simple for a Marriott-branded property and lacked extra amenities. The beds are extremely soft — if you sit on the edge, you almost feel like you could slide off. Towels were limited, and the sink area is very small and located outside the bathroom. The sink also drained poorly and water would get stuck. The shower head cannot be adjusted, and basic items like shower caps were not provided. The TV system is heavily restricted and difficult to use. You cannot mirror your phone or easily stream apps from your device. The curtains were also awkward to operate and required playing with the strings just to close them properly. If you stay on the first floor, you can clearly hear
