It was cheap. Everything was clean and it smelled good. It was on route 66 which was cool and walkable. Check-in was fine. There was a pop-up western shootout play thing in the road when we arrived, which was neat.

Clean room, basic functionality . Easy to access. Comfortable beds. Clean shower. Very safe

Clean and solid bed. No microwave which was a bummer but a refrigerator with freezer which allowed us to refreeze our ice pack.

The hotel itself was a little dated, but no big deal, it was very clean and the staff was 5 stars by itself, very helpful and friendly, very easy going and were there for any help that we needed,

He was helpful changing our rms from 2nd floor to 1st floor per our request. An older motel. The beds were comfortable. Had hot water. The only down side there were tiny bugs in the tub and on the bathroom floor.

My biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. It was horrible. The connection kept dropping and the only way that I could upload pictures from my trip was to go outside the room, and even then, it was really slow. This was very frustrating. The bathroom sink was clogged, slow drain. When I went to check out, I was going to mention these things so that the owner knew, but there was no one there at checkout. I ended up just leaving the key in the key drop. Given another shot, I would probably not stay here again.

booked this place for a single night while on a roadtrip. you get what you pay for, nothing super fancy but the room provides what you need and most importantly is very clean. you can walk up the street and in the evening, all the signs and neon lights showcasing the cute little route 66 town really set a vibe. i would recommend this place

Yes the room was clean. The water barely came out for showering. We checked out Friday at 9 am. We were told that because we left before 10am we would get a refund for the other night. It is a week later and still no refund. Rick was nice but the owner is not. Definitely will not stay here again

Lots of noise from upstairs. Beds were comfortable but furniture needs updating.

My wife fell an broke her ankle while sight seeing in.the city. At checkout the next morning i had a brief conversstion with him an had told him what had happened an we were in flagstaff at the ER util around 1am in the morning. He came to our room as we were getting ready for checkout an offered us a free night stay so my wife could rest... Reassuring me there are still great people with empathy an compassion left in this world. We truly appreciated your kindness!

Unique is right in the middle to walk around the town, I don’t like that not have internet the three days I was there

No microwave which we needed. The room was not ready when we got there. Had to wait several minutes in a small lobby which did not have chairs. I spoke to an Expedia support team member to tell the hotel of my request for a first floor room. The receptionist told me that he never got the message .

Great spot for those that like have quick access to Grand Canyon with included in price parking spot. Located next to Williams downtown, tourist center and train station.

Room was spacious and clean. Comfy beds!

I only like the that motel was in a good spot of the town is all I can say
