I dont even know where to start, I guess with the fact that the room smelled like urine and dog feces. The walls were disgusting, the sheets had stains and look like the haven't been washed. I was surprised to encounter this because I have stayed at this hotel in the past but it was obvious they have new management. The worse part about it was that they have roaches. I had to but air freshener and scents to be able to stand the smell in the room. They are doing some type of remodeling in the first floor but you can see blankets, pillows just thrown everywhere. This has been by far the worse experience for me.

And there were roaches in the room, clog toilet, bed linens, dirty, but they're in renovation right now, so maybe everything will be better.

Not clean. Room smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was barely edible.

tv didnt work when we arrived-somebody from downstairs had to come to the room and in order for the tv to work the cable portion of it had to plugged into the lamp! Really?

Probably one of the filthiest places you could choose to stay. Dirt, Hair, bugs, you name it. It's the cheapest spot in the area for a reason.

Check in was quick & Sabinea was awsome! Alex & all of the front desk staff were very nice & friendly. Rooms were very clean. Already booked again for another trip back in December.

En general desde el lado de afuera antes de entrar a la propiedad, eso está mal cuidado no tiene una buena imagen ni por fuera ni mucho menos por dentro un olor tan feo en el ascensor, que por cierto están arruinado. La flechas sólo están viendo hacia arriba, como que si el ascensor, no bajara, no hay buenas indicaciones. El ascensor dice que expiró en julio de 2024, ni siquiera esa propiedad ha pasado inspección los pasillos para las habitaciones apestan horribles los cuartos tienen una divisiones de puertas que no debería de ser así porque cada cuarto es individual y tiene un acceso cuarto con otro cuarto y debería de ser privacidad completa en el caso de la habitación el planchador de lo más viejo no sé qué cantidad de años tendrá horrible, toallas toda llena de moho. Sinceramente eso no merece ni una estrella.

Yes It was difficult to use the shower. The shower head was small and elevated and when I started the water it came out of the lower faucet and there apparently was no way to direct it to the shower head and because it was high , I couldn’t see if the flow was controlled by the shower head itself. Also there were no grab bars to assist getting into the shower. So I gave up taking a shower during my stay

The carpeting needed a good cleaning and the bathroom was small and in need or repair.

The hotel is in need of some serious upgrades and renovations. It would be better for them to close during this time and reopen.

Un hotel al que le tengo hasta cariño. Me he quedado en muchas ocasiones por su ubicación y tiendas de conveniencia como Walmart, restaurantes de comida rápida en sus alrededores. Pero está muy decaído. No tiene piscina hacen meses y un solo elevador. La habitación no tenía zafacon. Se ve como han logrado sobrevivir sin tan siquiera tener las herramientas o artículos necesarios para sostenerlo. Con todo y eso los que están hacen lo que pueden. No te al llegar las afueras perdidas. El día q me fui vi q habían cortado malezas. La última vez q estuve fue en 2021 y como que vi q estaban haciendo algunas mejorías. Se ve q están haciendo algunas aún. Espero poder volver. Fue cómodo el cuarto.

Everything worked properly, good Hotel to just sleep and grab a coffee and continental breakfast before hitting the road.

I’ve been disappointed before but this was unbearable . We had to leave . Wires exposed in the bathroom . Toilet handle feel off as the toilet was flushed . The smell OMG ! Like the old 70’s stale smoke room. The have a pool but it failed The healthy dept . They are awaiting another inspection . YEAH NO THANKS ! It truly was the most appalling place I’ve ever been .

I was charge 4 times for the security deposit because the staff said my card wasnt working. My bank was able refund me two of them but I haven't received the other two.

We got up to our assigned room and immediately once we stepped off the elevator, the entire floor smelled like cigarettes despite being a smoke free hotel. We go to our room, open the door and it smelled like someone was sitting in the room actively smoking. We went back down to the front desk and no one was there manning it. After waiting about 5 minutes for someone to return to the front desk, I began searching for other hotels. While searching for other hotels, two individuals who appeared to be high on meth wandered into the hotel. There was zero chance I was staying here with my pregnant wife. Luckily we were able to find a room at the Hilton. We immediately booked it and headed over there. Terrible hotel experience, I’m fighting to get my money back as I type this.

Good for a short period of time. Room carpet needed to be shampoo, room/hall to rooms had a slightly weird smell (not intolerable), comforter had a few holes. Staff were friendly! Wouldn't mind staying again if I need a quick place to stay.
