There idea of breakfast fell extremely short. Beyond that the stay was fine.

Had to change room 3 times. Stained bed sheets and pillows. Rooms smelled of cat urine. While in room, noise was very loud and disturbing.

The breakfast was poor. No waffle batter. No bagels. Chair in room was broken. Room smelled stale.

Nothing except for the proximity to Yale The front desk behind triple paned glass and a locked door should have sent me running. It was run down and the rooms had a terrible moldy smell. The area was beyond sketchy. Two women had a raging fight in the hallways at 2:00 am waking us up. My daughter was petrified.

Room was clean thats only good abput the stay Really noisy and clearly there was prostitution on going and people where partying during night. All the noice came through walls so not a good place to sleep.

Nothing. Rude staff and management, payed almost $200 to stay at refurbished crackhouse. Front desk yelled at me for bringing my one waffle and one yogurt to my room. I left that shit on the counter. It was unsafe. Shady characters at the front desk and throughout MOTEL. I parked in the back and the key pad didn’t work. Anyone have access to the building in a not so great part of West Haven. Not clean. Although the room looks newly refurbished, there were hair and loose tobacco on bed and bathroom. Mini fridge smelled and frozen. Not quiet. I was super tired and a deep sleeper. Still got woken up throughout the night by screams and shouting.

The room was clean. I did not like the neighborhood.I waited almost an hour to check in because there was a group of people in motorcycles . I had reservation and still i had to wait. Those people were making noises in the parking lot all night. When I check out , walking to my car there were 3 young people arguing in the parking lot and i was in fear. I will never stay again in you hotel.

Room had everything you would need. Even had ironing board and iron, coffee machine, and fridge. Room was tidy and clean. Free private parking was a plus! Breakfast wasn’t fancy but good enough. A bit off the beaten path. Paper thin walls. Very noisy during the morning.
