Spacious room, very clean and the staff was extremely helpful

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at this location. There was visible water-damage and an overwhelming musty odor. On top of this, there were a variety of scented products that attempted to mask odor. I felt ill after just dropping my items into the room and decided not to expose myself any further, so I left my keys at the desk. Very kind and wonderful woman at the front desk when I checked in.

Wish it had a pool.

The bed had no box spring and was very uncomfortable!

The hotel smelled strongly of fresh paint throughout much of the property, and navigating the building was confusing. There were some signs directing guests to check-in, but additional signage and communication would have been helpful given the construction. The hotel is also pet friendly, which is great for travelers with pets. Unfortunately, we were located near rooms with dogs that barked throughout the night, making it difficult to get much sleep. I appreciate that renovations are sometimes necessary, but I would have liked more transparency before booking so I could make an informed decision. Once the updates are finished, I suspect this will be a much nicer place to stay.

The room could use some minor updates: i.e. USB ports, horizontal grab bar inside the tub/shower, update worn straight back chair and repairing a “non-reclining” recliner. Price point was very attractive. We feel we got a bargain deal!

There were a couple hiccups during this stay but it was a value place so overlooked them. It certainly wasn’t cleaned well.. there were dark hairs in the bathroom. And the first room I had had a clogged toilet so I had to move. I had some sort of bug bites from being there, not bedbugs, but I don’t know what it was. I had itchy bug bites on my back. Not sure I will stay at these types of places again- there’s a mix of travelers and maybe some ghetto people who lost their lease. The 1st room I had had a fist punch in the bathroom door. Overall, it’s a value stay so you get what you get. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We arrived little earlier than 4 pm check in time. They didn't give the room even though the rooms were ready. We asked for a restroom to be used, they said it is under renovation and closed. Bathroom had no bar or hand soap at the basin. Shower had only hot water so we couldn't even take a shower. They said they will give $25 credit for shower not working but that never came. Even after messaging them for the credit, there was no response. Worst experience we had.

Nice place to stay, very quiet and great price. Nice staff and rooms were nice. The handsoap was a nice touch I domt see even high end hotels having so that was appreciated. Good food options near by

The room was very spacious. The private bathroom was great. The kitchen was really nice to have. The bed was comfortable. However, there were no USB plugs. The a/c was okay. The television reception was awful. I would stay again. It was quiet and in a good location. Staff was really nice. The amenities were great. No breakfast, which did not bother me. One of the better hotels to stay at.

The room was large and quiet. Everything was so clean. The kitchen and bathroom were especially well done. The mattress was very soft.

Superb

The room had an odor that was unpleasant. When we got to the room the air conditioner was set at 60 degrees, it was freezing in there. There was a noxious odor coming from the a/c unit; turned the heat on to warm the room and the odor was worse. The drain in the bath was very slow to drain. There was a security light that came on about 10:00 pm and it provided more light than was expected. There was broken glass on the carpet, made me curious as to how clean the room actually was. The bathroom appeared clean. We were told the ice maker in the freezer would take an hour to start working; however we never did have any ice while we were there. No complaints against the staff member working when we checked in. The overall appearance of the hotel was good.
