A nice little place in the perfect location!

I really like the passcode for the doors, and the quietness of the neighborhood. The staff was helpful to solve the problems that I have.

Enjoyed the stay and location.

I just stayed last night in Room 107 at the Found hotel through a Expedia reservation. Room 107 should never be rented to anyone. It is horrible. Staying below ground is bad enough, but the room was dirty with a carpet and bed frame stained well beyond what should be tolerated. The bathroom sink stopper had a screw attached to it by a rubber band so that the stopper would not fall into the drain. When I first got to the hotel, the front door was locked and calling the phone numbers on the front door were not operating. No one was at the desk. I finally got into the hotel when another guest let me in the door. My interactions with both Chris and Nate were pleasant, but I never asked for a below ground, filthy room with no way to get into the hotel. Thought you would want to know. All I want is from you to acknowledge the problems at this property.

Smelled like cats, musty and stale. Bathroom grout/caulking was a gross yellow and brown like it hadn’t been kept in years.

A pair of travelers from Lithuania also had trouble checking in. The toilet was also leaking and the knob was broken or nonexistent so you couldn’t shut off the water. Kudos to the Found team in SF (Nob Hill) and Chicago who keep staff and helped us resolve the problem.

my window was broken and did not shut, so each night there were roaches and bugs, also the shower was very dirty. had to use towels to cover the ground.

Our room was open, not closed, which I didn't like as we arrived later in the evening. The bathroom appeared clean but also smelled strongly of urine. Also the carpet in the room/building is very outdated. I would say the lobby area is fairly nice and it's a very nice street (16th street)

Comfortably stay but not great served.. overall keyless entry is a plus!

Great location,near almost everything easy to walk around and very safe,staff response was fast and sufficient but no laundry at the facility and microwave inside the room

Our room flooded. Macitence didn’t come for 13 hours. The phone numbers we called when we needed help when to a hotel in Chicago and the embassy of St. Knitts and Nevis. Disaster. Room reeked of mold as well.

The hotel is definitely in a good location and the room size and cleanliness were pretty good but the hair dryer didn't work because the plug was broken and we asked for a new one and man at the front desk said he would send one but never did then in the morning when we went to take a shower there was no water whatsoever so this was obviously a big disappointment. I would say for the price the value was okay.

The staff were really responsive even after hours, and the location is fantastic, right on Embassy Row and between Dupont and Logan Circle. The room was truly no-frills and on the smaller side, but the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for quick trips.

Room was small. Carpet was dirty, bed was too low to the ground, towel rack in bathroom was falling apart. No fridge in bedroom. Extremely basic, bare bones experience. Was meant to stay for 2 nights but decided to leave after 1. Location was excellent though.

Close to bus stops and like a 10 minute walk from red line metro stop

Easy to find. Easy to check in and out. Deposit refunded quickly. Will definitely stay again.
