Air Venice on the Beach

The location of this hotel is superb, just facing the ocean and the beach. The room was very nice, clean, and with a good size. The room in which I was had a very nice view of the beach. The only thing I noticed was the unusual late checking of 4 PM, which most hotels waive as rooms become available, but not this hotel. It was really inconvenient for me, but to be fair, it was disclosed as part of the booking, so I patiently waited. Otherwise, this is a very nice hotel to consider.

Killer location right across the street from the VBC…great little bar.

The location is definitely what you're paying for. The hotel is older and authentic so if you are looking for luxury, this isn't the hotel for you. That being said, the staff and location were phenomenal. You can leave the front door of the property and walk to beach in literally 30 seconds. The view was amazing. If you want parking close by be prepared to pay extra, but all in all it was a great location to stay and my partner and I had great time. Would definitely return again!!

Only thing I would say anything neg about is the parking.

Negatives - Room 17- 3rd floor- Could not sleep due to stomping around and moving chairs all night coming from 4th floor over my head! No mirror except small one above bathroom sink. There is plenty of wall space for a full length mirror and /or a counter with half mirror… especially next to fridge, so much un utilized space. Halls and stairwells all need a need a fresh coat of paint.

This is a great property at a great price you’re located at sort of the end of where all the shops are on Venice Beach you go to the left and you go to the shop Store muscle Beach go to the right you go towards the pier for the value, it could not have been better. I found it to be clean safe, not noisy at night either good bar right next or almost built into the hotel. Good food right across the way. I definitely would stay here again.

Love the place, discounted parking! Great views. THE BED IS HARD and we didn’t get much sleep because of it but we went for the views and vibes.

But this place has no amenities at all. The rooms are extremely basic. I didn't even have a lamp in my room I had to ask for one. The front desk was pleasant and helpful and he got me a lamp but in my opinion every room should have 2 lamps. The furniture, shower everything was very basic but for a quick stop to the beach I suppose it was ok. I mean for instance the tv stand and tv was lower than the bed. When the tv and tv stand should be taller than the bed . Yeah the place was pretty basic. Nice to visit the beach but this place didn't leave any kind of impression on me that's for sure.

No refreshed bedding was provided. No clean towels were provided No extra toilet paper or garbage bags were provided. We had to fend for ourselves. We experienced roaches on our first night and it was downhill from there. No staff supervisors were ever present. No one responded to our requests for proper service. The location is great. Everything else is awful.

Beautiful view. Location was awesome. Room was cool and clean . Bed was comfortable . But the shower had an awesome view.
