The property is located in the hills in a nice quiet place with panoramic views. We booked a 40 m2 quadruple room, very large and bright with a nice balcony with panoramic views. The pool area is delightful, large and very private. The evening breakfast and restaurant service is great with outdoor space. The staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were not very comfortable especially the sofa bed. The double bed was pretty hard.

The reception was very nice. Room ok with large Terrasse. Elevator close by. The man at the reception was extremely helpful as I am slightly handicapped. Thank you for a nice stay! No complaints

The breakfast was good and with choice of food, nice swimmig pool and garden to take rest and keep sun. Position is nice with a beatify view. Great choice. I don't like the moquette on the rooms, parquet is more clean choice, but is my personal option. Apart this nothing to say more.

spacious room with beautiful view and lovely breakfast. room was well equipped and modern. we travelled 3 and the 3rd person had to sleep on couch which wasn’t very comfortable.

the hotel had a nice view (no lake view) and the breakfast was nice as well. The terraces have a 15-20 cm wide space, that allows for trespassing. Terraces were too close to each other, so the second night I could not sleep because of the couple next door smoking non-stop. Due to lack of air conditioning or ventillation we had to open the entrance door to let the smoke out. The hotel is way too far from Velden center and connected with a difficult route way more than walking distance, it's not recommended for those not having a car.
