The villa we had was amazing , the location itself is very quiet away of the noise in canggu . The staff were very helpful specially Danny who helped us a lot during our stay . He aranged tour to Ubud for us and made sure that we had great stay . The hotel staff can arrange tours and the prices are very good comparing to other tour opearators or even online . The villa was clean , well taken care of , bed is huge and very comfortable , wifi working perfectly . We had great stay and We will definetly repeat our stay in Adepa .

We stayed at Adepa for one week and genuinely, it was one of the best experiences of any of our travels!! The rooms and facilities are gorgeous and clean, and look just like the images. There is plenty of privacy, and the staff are super kind, helpful, and responsive. Muswana, one of the managers, is excellent. He and the other staff members truly made the stay worthwhile! While it is a little out of the way, being on a side road means there was no traffic noise. It is easy to walk to super markets to pick up the essentials and a nice breakfast cafe. Otherwise, we usually called cars. It never took more than 2 minutes to get a ride and all of the rides were affordable (under $10 even when going 20km+). We really liked the location because it was easy to get to both Canggu and Seminyak without having to deal with the daily busyness, traffic, and tourists of both cities. The amenities and staff of Adepa truly make it special. The food is delicious, and one of the best Nasi Gorengs we had while in Bali. The hotel also offers a bunch of services on site that are more affordable than other tours. We did a picturesque floating breakfast in our private pool, as well as a private BBQ party where chefs Aris and Rai came to our room with a grill and grilled us a lot of traditional Indonesian food. It was SO tasty and offered a really romantic experience. We also did a private tour to Ubud organized by the hotel. Wira was our driver and he was PHENOMENAL. He was very knowledgeable and kind, letting us adapt the tour as we needed and providing a ton of interesting information. He was also a very safe driver! The hotel also offers other services. For example, we also made our own blessing bracelets with the staff, completely free. The hotel has additional tours to other places in Bali, scooter rentals on site, a full spa, and other romantic add ons like flowers on the pool and candlelight dinners. On top of all this, the hotel is extremely affordable.

The breakfast was fantastic. We loved the smashed avo toast. Our room was always cleaned thoroughly, and the staff were very accommodating, even arranging an extra bed for us at the last minute. The main pool looked stunning every morning, and the location was perfect. Close to one of Canggu’s motorcycle roads (that are not big enough for cars), making it really easy to grab a bike into the town centre everyday. They provided everything we needed, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back! Dinner menu was mid at best. Our private pool wasn’t in the best condition, with a few loose tiles at the bottom. The bathroom and toilet are fairly open, so there were some mosquitoes, but the staff kindly provided a full pack of incense coils for us to use whenever needed, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we really loved our stay here!

Staff is very friendly and nice. The smell in the toilet room was horrible. That issue needs to be resolved. Also, even though they clean the room every day, the cleaning quality could be better.

The room and indoor / outdoor layout is exceptional except for the smell in the toilet room. Staff is friendly and helpful. This place has all the big things right, it just fails to do the small things as well as you would expect. The pool water level was low and the circulation pump was shut off for 2 days of our stay, stagnant water in Bali is a mosquito attraction and with tree branches overhead, the water needs constant filtration. Only 4 small bottles of water given per day. The property is set up for couples to lock the door, order room service and hang out naked. The location also supports this but the equivalent of four glasses of water including for brushing teeth per day is not sufficient for hydration in Bali. Food was okay but inconsistent over our 5 day stay and we opted for breakfast down the road at 7 AM Bakers which was 5 star and a couple of good restaurants for dinners within about a 10 minute walk.

I got a private pool, which had a nice outdoor area Bed was made everyday Staff was nice- private, A fair few things wrong with the property - toilet seat was broken - shower head wasn’t working well - when the bath jets were turned on it stank - the roof was leaking (ended up dripping in my bag) - sink was leaking but that got fixed when mentioned And ect For the price I paid for 4 days I would have expected a little bit better then constant problems :)

I loved how secluded the property felt while still being conveniently close to shops and restaurants. It was peaceful and private, creating the perfect escape. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the food was exceptional—we especially enjoyed having brunch by our private pool each morning.

We arrived and noticed after night one small bites appearing on our body. After the second night we had more. We saw a doctor who said this was bed bites. We told the staff and they refused to move our rooms. They instead sprayed the bed with bug spray. The next day we were covered (face, legs, arms, back) with bites. The manager eventually agreed to move our rooms, however, continued to blame us for bringing these from Australia or claiming their were any bites... despite us taking photos and videos of the bed bugs crawling in the mattress. They did not offer to refund us so we could move. Most horrible experience.

the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful!! we had a really nice private pool in our villa and loved it so much! the outdoor kitchen and dining are very aesthetic as well nothing!

The location is a let down, you can't walk safely to the shops and restaurants because of the narrow road that only bikes use and there's no foot path. A shuttle service would be really helpful. We didn't use the villas pool much because the chemicals stung our kids eyes.
