Great quiet place by the mighty Mekong, very friendly staff and wonderful facilities!

The villa is in a beautiful location, close to everything we needed, making it a convenient spot to stay. The staff was also wonderful—very friendly, responsive, and eager to help, which we really appreciated. However, there were some major drawbacks that affected our stay. Rats in the ceiling were making lots of noise at night, which was unsettling. The shower had only a very limited supply of hot water, which was frustrating, and the main bedroom had a persistent, unpleasant smell that made it hard to relax. Additionally, there is a lot of construction in the area at the moment and workers could be seen looking over the fence, making privacy a concern, catcalling my girlfriend every time she would walk alone.

The property was full of dust and it wasn’t dust form few days ago it was from long time. When we asked to clean the room they just flipped the shits like it’s kinda new.

Proximity to great restaurants. Great space in the open pavillion. Staff attempted to fix an issue with the moldy ceiling. Mold growth on the ceiling inside the room. This is the underside of the thatched roof. One large patch of 60cm diameter of white spores attached to the large dark patches of decayed “alang-alang” (grass roof) and the odor was overwhelming throughout the room. I was very concerned from a health perspective. We found alternate accommodation.

The interior is very nice and the walk from the reception to the room is not too far. They even clean your room everyday. The staff especially Wida were every helpful in assisting us with the check in and finding a driver to take us to various places in Bali. The location are near to the convenience store and restaurant The bathtub is at the outdoors toilet and near to some plants. We didnt try it because we unable to get the water on but we didnt contact the staff about this because we were too scared to try hahahaha

We loved our villa—it was spacious, beautiful, and had a great ambiance. The huge pool and jacuzzi were perfect for our big family, including a baby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when we found bed bugs on two mattresses, which they promptly replaced. They also ensured our stay was comfortable throughout. The location was very convenient, situated between Canggu and Seminyak, with easy access to bikes for getting around and a mart just across the street. The villa felt a bit old. One shower drained slowly, causing ankle-deep flooding, the toilet bowl was loose, the basin pipe leaked, and the outdoor sofa cushions were dirty (though understandable due to rain).

The property is well made but old enough compared to others in the neighborhood although renovation is on. We booked 2 villas for 3 days but dint stay even for an hour in the property as it has lots of lizards and spiders. Specially in the evening as it is too much tropical it attracts lots of huge spiders as well. We tried to contact the manager regarding this. Although she tried her best to do the deep cleaning but due to the nature of it the lizards keep coming in. We left the room in late hours of the day and struggled to find a new villa in such short notice.

This place was such a surprise. We checked in without much expectation and we were impressed by the place itself and especially by their staff. Weda went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. She spoke very good English and even on her day off she found some time to help us out. She is an asset to the organization. The place itself is amazing, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the chill spaces are awesome. The ratio value for money is probably unmatched in Canggu. Also, the place itself is not too far from the main areas, you could reach the center within 10 min on a scooter bike. We loved it so much that we came back twice, and we would defo stay with them again. Nothing

We had a very nice time at Villa Mathis. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Tanja was very easy to contact and always helped us with any questions we had. We stayed at this hotel three times during our trip and can recommend it to others. The bed is very comfortable and very large. The location is very good and the surroundings of the complex very nice and quiet. The only thing is that the rooms are a bit dark. a couple more lamps would be great.

Held my birthday party at this villa. We booked 5BR Villa and Everything was perfect. Beautiful and green scenery, the pool is awesome and the lounge area is so comfortable with speaker. The Villa is sooooo big. Perfect for a big group. The staff was really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend
