I loved the pool. Swimming in it before breakfast made my day a lot better. The bed was big and comfortable, a bit on the firmer side, just as I like. Also the breakfasts were very rich, especially compared to Italian standard. The general atmosphere of the place is tranquil. It Is only about 6 km to the nearest good public beach. Nice staff. Mostly litlle things: You can hear cars driving on the road along the maseria. The fridge in our room was very noisy - we had to turn it off every night. The staff do not speak english very much, but it did not cause any problems. There are also mosqitoes outside in the evening (as it's probably normal in most of south Italy)

No on site bar food or beverage room fridge did not work well, breakfast was ok ,road traffic was audible till late evening

Beautiful building and the grounds were amazing with a wonderful swimming pool. The property is very well kept and hard to believe this place is so old. It was a great stay that was close enough to beaches on the Ionian Sea and restaurants. Nothing really walkable, but if you have a car, there are many places to visit - especially in Ugento. Communication was a little difficult as the staff didn't really understand English, but I put that fault on us as we were not very good speaking Italian either so this is not really a complaint, but more a note that If you don't speak Italian communication may not be great.

The grounds are beautiful. The rooms have character as the Masseria was a stable that has been converted into rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to ensure that the stay is comfortable and all requests are met. Breakfast is great. Nothing. Great stay. The sign to the Masseria is a bit hidden so we missed it the first time driving.

The space is very beautiful and peaceful. The people who worked at the accommodation were always very helpful and created a family atmosphere. Breakfast was good, but it deserved more homemade and healthy options.

The breakfast was amazing. The pool was clean and very well maintained. Most of all, the staff was warm, welcoming and super friendly! Only minor suggestion would be a sun cover (parasol or similar) on the terrace. we had the family room and it was very hot when you wanted to sit there during the day. But that was minor. We just kept to the pool.

The place is very well maintained "medival" farm (masseria). It kept that old fashion athmosphere very nicely. Breakfast was very good and hosts friendly and helpful. Not their fault, but place was fulll of flies
