Ideal location for exploring Salento beaches and towns. Clean and comfy rooms. Nice pool and courtyards, that also serve as playground for kids. The whole atmosphere, at the beginning of the high season, was calm and relaxing. Being at the beginning of the high season, it seemed that services like breakfast and dinner were still in a warm-up phase. Staff, however, was eager to help in any way possible if anything was missing

Beautiful property, the pool was super nice and staff is friendly. Very convenient with parking and food was great. Wifi was not working at times. There is no food available during the day after breakfast and until dinner (10am-8pm) - but nearby groceries available by car

A feast for your eyes! All the modern necessities in a Masseria combines the past with the present, comfort and relaxation away from the masses, providing tranquility and taste. We could have stayed another week!!

The breakfast was good - a very nice selection of homemade tarts. We loved the ricotta and apple cakes. The overall property is very well kept and is lovely. Room was clean and simple, very good size. Nothing, for the price it’s good.

Fantastic Masseria, located in a quiet zone but not far from many top destinations, such as Santa Maria di Leuca or Gallipoli. The facility is very charming, with flowers everywhere. The included breakfast is out of this world, with tens of pies to choose from, fresh squeezed orange juice, croissants and much more. The room was very basic, yet functional.

Extremely nice breakfast (keeping in mind you are in Italy, you are supposed to get one cornetto)-here you have a selection of ham, Cheese,breads,big variety of different pastries, fruit,and can make yourself fresh fruit/veg juice.Big , spacious room.Pleasant, helpful staff.Nice pool area, lovely surroundings. Very poor WiFi. They advertise their restaurant on their own website,and at Booking.com,saying all about their fresh produce, authentic food. Truth is that restaurant is closed - we only found it out when arrived.And on top of that there's no kettle or coffee maker in the room.And there are no restaurants,shops, cafés close to the place.

Very well located, close to a very nice village, Presicce, and close to Lido Marini. The staff was very kind, the breakfast is super. The room was a little bit small and no sound insulation. Unfortunately our neighbours were very loud

When we arrived at the hotel just before 12 o'clock, we thought this wouldn't be anything special; it seemed a bit past its prime. However, the longer we stayed, the more we came to appreciate the hotel. The breakfast was very extensive, and if you enjoy a sweet breakfast, you'll be fully satisfied. The pool was delightful, and the rooms were genuinely comfortable. There were many families around.

The hotel is great, with a wonderful pool and beautiful garden. The room was dark due to tiny/no windows. The breakfast was great ad the staff were very friendly. I was able to check-in early as well. The location was also very central with private parking. Definitely recommend! Dark room due to no windows and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The bed slats actually came out and i had to put a lot of effort to insert them back in.
