Great location and excellent service!

Staff is great, location is very good The pool's water was quite cold the whole stay, I was not able to enjoy it.

21 on Kajeng was a heavenly experience for me. peaceful, beautifully decorated inside and out... delicious breakfasts, poolside and smiling, friendly staff to give the most wonderful feeling and comfort. Off the beaten track from the busy streets, Kajeng offers a tranquility that is rare and precious! i will most certainly recommend this beautiful hotel/villa to my family and friends! thank you , AGAIN for a perfect stay in Ubud! We had a wonderful breakfast at our room every morning. The room was perfectly appointed, clean, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. It is a great location ... right out the back you can go one direction for shopping and busy Ubud, or go the other way and your strolling through beautiful rice fields. We hope to visit again someday. We can't think of a thing.

Our stay was fabulous! Our single villa was beautiful❤️. The pool in front of villa was very nice. The little porch in front of villa was perfect. The best part also of the stay was the whole staff and Putu made you feel at home. We shared pictures at home and everybody was in awe of the photos! The free breakfast was wonderfully prepared. The decor was total Balinese style. You will not be disappointed?

Our stay was magical. Truly felt like an upscale boutique hotel with personalized attention. The hotel had such a magical and peaceful feeling. It was next to a market, yet tucked inside nature. The staff were super helpful and even helped us plan activities. I wish I could have stayed longer. It’s tricky to get there by car/bike. Follow the instructions of the hotel / not Google Maps.

This is a piece of heaven. The villa is luxurious and the best I’ve stayed at in Bali after many visits to Bali. Love after a hot day you come to a villa which is all you need in terms of size and beautiful in terms of comfort and aircon. The service from the moment we arrived to when we left was outstanding ❤️. The ubud market is at your doorstep and restaurants etc a 15 min walk. In the heat sometimes it was hard to walk back so would catch a grab. Just a tip to get picked and dropped off at side with no steps. We caught a grab to have dinner at Bonnie which is over the other side of ubud. The breakfast is amazing and better than expected by our pool (we booked the sunset deluxe villa). Ubud is crazy busy but coming home to this villa was the best!!! 5 stars ⭐️ Nothing!

Absolutely loved the secluded and romantic feel of the property. The grounds were well kept, the staff continually had mosquito repellent contraptions lit to provide a patio mosquito free and the location was absolutely perfect… only minutes away (walking) from the main road and center Ubud. The staff was absolutely accommodating, genuinely friendly and treated us like family. The breakfast offered was top notch. Always made fresh to order and delicious. We left the property like we were ready to book another visit with 11 on Kajeng on the same day we left. We will be back, sooner than later. I definitely recommend this property to anyone and everyone! We love you 11 on Kajeng There was nothing we “did not like”! Our only suggestion would be installing solar lights in the darker areas of the stairway. Definitely not a dealbreaker.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Not only was the room perfect (like the photos) and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. They arranged a private yoga class by the pool to meet our schedule and helped me book Grab taxis for the first time. They went above and beyond for us. The location is perfect to see Ubud , with the market just outside. So much to do within walking distance. We highly recommend and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I had forgotten my hat when I left, but after I contacted them, they arranged an affordable delivery to Nusa Dua, which was my next stop. No negatives

Exceptional location. Right in the heart of Ubud. And yet SO quiet! You would never know you’re so close to the markets, palace, and restaurants. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I truly felt like a friend being hosted in someone’s home. They took care of my every need with a warm smile. My bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in all of Bali! Every breakfast was prepared with such attention and care for details. I loved the floating breakfast experience. The mani/pedi I had was excellent. Can’t say enough good things and I hope to one day return. I feel like I have friends here. Thank you for all you do!
