This place is a hidden gem in Ubud. From the great location that is only 5 minutes walking away from center ubud to the great facilities inside like the pool and the famous bathroom in fresh air outside. The bed is comfortable and the room has a great AC that is easy to use. You have also sun beds and a nice terrace right over the pool. Even that the place is in the middle of greanery but i didn't have any insects enter the room just some in the bathroom and they were rare and not dangerous Just maybe add a safe to the room as it didn't have one

Rooms were well decorated and clean. The outdoor shower was a nice touch though the water didn't get hot. The location is right on the main street. Close to Great restaurants and nearly all Ubud activities. The rooms are quite small. Big enough for the bed and just a little space on either side. The water didn't get very hot. I also didn't even know there was a pool. Staff is quite non existent. I rarely saw them or was made aware or these services.

Very nice owners, good location, wifi worked well, bed comfortable Rooms are very small, there are no storage options for your luggage, no hair dryer Not negative but bathroom is open door so sometimes you get insects in there, just to keep in mind

This place is a gem! It's a seven minute walk to the Ubud Palace and set in a traditional painter's house. Both Akra and Gundra (I think that's her name) are the loveliest and most welcoming people. The place itself feels secluded and tranquil. The bed is comfortable, the pool was always a great temperature, they cleaned the room every day, refreshed all the towels, wifi was strong, and the bathroom al fresco was great at the time of my visit. It's a good value for what you get. For me, it was a lovely experience, so nothing comes to mind.

Nothing. It was not at all clean and no proper bedsheets or amenities. To top it owner was super rude to us and after acknowledging them about the situation he was more rude and told us not his problem Very bad place not at all clean . Dead cockroaches and unclean bedsheets

Location was brilliant, straight into main part of Ubud and so quiet. Felt calm when we were there. Staff were friendly and kept the rooms so clean. We loved the outdoor shower

Loved Mr Arka who was so kind. Ants inside, uneven/lumpy mattress, door that didn’t close properly, old and battered lounge chairs, murky / dirty pool that no one could swim in. Poor customer service from the guy who manages the booking on behalf of Mr Arka. I checked out 3 nights early bc of how uncomfortable the stay was and wrote to the guy likely reading this review and he never got back to me.

Nice pool and quiet room The road was one way so getting a taxi was sometimes a problem.

Lovely family owned and run property, the gardens and pool are beautiful, the buildings are starting to show their age and need some TLC. The area itself is busy, just a five minute walk to the Palace and street markets, but other than ceremonies, can not hear the road noise from the rooms. Needs a kettle in the room. Good value for money. Our room has wet areas on the ceiling and critters could be heard in the roof, the TV had been removed and wires left hanging .the hot water was not consistent at all. Toilet seat attached with ties.

I definitely adore this place. Location is perfect,about 5 minutes walk to the main street(the Ubud Palace),easy catching with laundry/convenience store/cafe and still quiet at night. Room is clean with the outdoor showe,which is special and tropical(but without hair dryer and kettle). Public garden being well taking care,plants are great and with a pool that you can chill out(bali is hot after noon time) Last but not least,the owners were lovely,showing good balinese vibes.Seeing them just making me feel peaceful. Preparing some frequently-used facility(like hair dryer)would be more convenient.

Everything was great, as advertised. The family who runs the accommodation was extremely helpful and friendly! There was some mould which it could be common in Bali, being humid.

Great location for walking to main Street of ubud. Very quiet inside. Excellent value for money. Outside shower is fantastic. Excellent air conditioning and water pressure. Great fridge. Great pool . Comfy bed. 2nd time we have stayed. No tea or coffee making facilities . No room safe.
