Room, balcony, pool, restaurant, afternoon tea, close to everything Beautiful oasis to come home to after being in a crowded area sight seeing! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this beautiful hotel

Lovely staff and a great location. Breakfast was lovely and the servers were all very pleasant. The pool towels could probably be replaced.

The location is good, and you can go shopping just outside the hotel. I didn’t like it at all. The hotel is very old and absolutely not worth the price. Although it claims to be 52 square meters, nearly half of the space is taken up by the bathroom. An extra bed costs 500k, while Ayana provides free extra beds for children under 12. The room felt old and dirty, which made our stay very uncomfortable. The service was also disappointing. Apart from one short intern girl who was always smiling and very friendly, most of the staff appeared unfriendly and even a bit aggressive. The service was unprofessional — staff were often standing around chatting in groups, and even the driver showed better service attitude than them.

Nice hotel, pool, and people. Room comfortable, good shower. Good location. Housekeeping just ok, very small TV with no English-speaking channels or streaming. Breakfast quality was ok.

It’s a quiet oasis in busy and exciting Ubud. Central location. The breakfast buffet was extremely high quality. The free afternoon tea with appy and dessert was lovely.

Stunning and peaceful but so close to amenities in Ubud. A lovely touch with complimentary afternoon tea on the roof terrace & the staff were very kind & helpful.

Outlets are behind the night stands, so you will need to drag the nightstand out to use it. Nothing major but not a perfect 10.

Loved the hotel, room, staff, breakfast. Great location except for proximity to a very noisy pub with a live band. The pub was two doors down and the live band was so loud. Sometimes not stopping until 2am. Such a shame because everything else was absolutely superb.

Breakfast should be better for the price range. The towels are greyish and bed linen is stained.
