The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali

Absolutely amazing! Super relaxing, the pool is beyond with the best jungle views, breakfast was diverse , and spa was amazing! Nothing!

The hotel is functional and well maintained, with a very friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was especially kind and helpful, from the restaurant team to the pool service, which was excellent. The pool area was definitely one of the highlights, with beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel is also very good. The main downside is that it is not a quiet place to rest. The room doors are very noisy and every time someone closes a door, it makes a loud bang that can wake you up. The hallway noise makes it difficult to sleep properly, which is a significant issue that the hotel should address. The Kids Club is also very limited and mainly oriented towards very young children, with only one staff member and rather basic activities. In addition, the dining options are somewhat limited, with only one or two restaurants. However, the breakfast service stands out positively, with very attentive staff and a good variety of options.

Its clean and beautiful. Nice location The SPA services left a lot to be desired. There was never any availability and basic services like a pedicure etc not available.

location is amazing, side by side next to forest landscape all the way to paddy’s field makes perfect for hiking or jogging as a part of hotel’s guided schedule activity. almost nothing

Hotel staff were polite and professional in their attitude. • Misleading room description: the “24-hour fitness studio” was far below Westin/Marriott standards — unsafe treadmill, very limited weights (max 20 kg), no leg machines, tiny outdated gym, not as advertised. • Overall service was not on par with the Marriott brand and fell far below expectations.

Cleanliness of the room could have been better.

Everything was just perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was beautiful, and the view from our balcony was simply stunning. The welcoming and cooperative staff made all the difference. The level of service we received was outstanding, and we truly appreciated the personal attention provided by Mr. Agus and the Restaurant Manager. It was evident that the team is dedicated to ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued. The cleanliness throughout the property was also impressive. We felt very special , during our entire visit due to the unparalleled attention from the staff. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future! We had booked our stay with Dinner and there was a bit of confusion, however it was addressed by Hotel professionally.

It was modern and well maintained the staff were also friendly Unfortunately my room was close to the road so it was super noisy and the menu was rather limited

We totally enjoyed the variety of choices for breakfast that offered a variety of cultural experiences!! The quality excellent the taste reliable and the cleanliness fabulous !!!
