The Artini Dijiwa Ubud

We absolutely loved our stay at Artini Dijiwa villa, every aspect of the experience was memorable from the incredibly kind staff to the beautiful pool and lush tropical gardens. the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and truly enjoy Ubud. what stood out most was the exceptional service. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with genuine warmth and smiles. Artini Dijiwa is much more than just a place to stay - its an experience. we left feeling refreshed and rested. than you there was nothing we didn't like.

The place is wonderful, not far from the center, but nevertheless quite quiet. The territory of the hotel is large, with 2 swimming pools and a large green area. Breakfasts are 3 out of 5. The staff is very friendly and always ready to come and help you to the evening. The room is small but comfortable. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I like everything. There were problems with the sockets near the bed.

The pool appeared attractive from afar - never got to try it. Hotel set in very far away from the Main Street on a poorly developed and poorly lit mini road/ alley way. Staff inattentive, lackluster, had to Lug luggage into entryway as it’s set far away from the drop off area. Clincher: the room, (deluxe room specifically) *extremely* dated/ old, worn and tired. Visibly soiled cloth headboard which staff and manager saw. Apologized for and then informed me no other room was available and they wouldn’t provide a refund, despite noting the room needing a deep clean themselves. This is the worst hotel I’ve experienced in Bali, and one of the absolute worst among hundreds I’ve stayed in across the world. There’s rustic and quaint, and then there’s plain old and ugly (sorry to say). There’s service and then there’s plain disingenuity (they’ve very well curated their online photos) and lack of management (manager was unavailable for 1 hour while I awaited a resolution and then was stand-offish/ dismissive upon arrival). Please, go elsewhere - Bali has so much to offer.

We enjoyed the breakfasts, the pool and the room. The location was great as we walked every day and saw most of Ubud. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a very nice massage. The only thing i can think of was the noisy goats in the morning on the next property.

We found our restful stay here in a comfortable room that opens to a small garden of our own. Would’ve been nice to have a full-length mirror in the room—excellent nevertheless. From the restaurant to the front office Artini Dijiwa was more warm-hearted compared to chained-major brand hotels but didn’t overwhelm us with attention (which is appreciated). The in-house restaurant Kukusan serves scrumptious breakfast and delicious pepes ikan and nasi goreng. The new year’s eve dinner with dance was wonderful; the wayang wong and topeng segments were so expressive I didn’t realize I’d stopped eating to watch.

Room & corridor cleaness to be improved and in one of room airconditioner is not working well.

We really enjoy our stay here. Territory, rooms, location, service. All was good. Definitely come back again.

The place is amazing, surrounded by picturesque views everywhere with such amazing vibes . The staff were very friendly yet professional, always smiling and very fast to act in case of any question or issue . The restaurant is very nice and food was very good, even better than lots of outside restaurants. Thank you Artini Dijwa team for the amazing stay , we had such a memorable stay and will definitely be back again . Nothing tbh . Everything was great

One of the rooms smelled funny. There were lizards in the room, I don't like lizards.

the rooms are not protected from the small animals , the animals can easily enter to room , the door should be more protective while there is such a risk. i understand that they cant stop them but at least they can think of maximum protection which is so easy, stable doors without any gaps, even some plastics around the corners etc etc.. our neighbor room had a lizzard at the 2nd night in the room and they had a bad night .. we had frog inside and we saw it before leaving the room , who knows since when it was there . many anys inside the room .

The property is beautiful, the rooms are so nice and the staff is great - if you need anything they take care of it right away. The breakfast is delicious so if you have the option to get breakfast included the do it. It’s conveniently located to everything- I can’t think of a bad thing to say!

Gorgeous Nothing

We had so much dust und dirt on the and under the bed. After talking to reception they promised to clean. They just use a wet mop and moved the dirt around instead of vacuum cleaning first. Really disgusting and disappointing for this price. So always check under your bed after reading my review. Included breakfast was tiny and not good

Everything ? location is perfect, very quiet but also at ubud center so walking distance of many shops, restaurants etc very green with an amazing pool, rooms are also very comfortable with a big balcony, restaurant also really good, I really loved everything!
