It is a beautiful place ! Everything was great from the villa to the staff. The service was impeccable and the place is magnificent

Exceptional

It was beautiful and felt secluded yet it was easy to get to town. Information about the spa is not easily accessible to resort residents. I think information regarding the services would be easier and having it done in the villa at a request.

This is a small paradise in Ubud where you can relax. The staff is lovely. There was some issue with the pool, and they fixed it very quickly. Breakfast is delicious, especially the avocado toast! We were in the two-bedroom villa. The floor tile between the two bedrooms was very slippery when it rained, which happens often in the rainy season.

Our stay was wonderful, we stayed 6 nights in the villa with a private pool. The hotel is wonderful, full of nature and has two very large pools. The hotel has a transfer that takes you to the center of Ubud, very convenient. And if you want to take a Grab, you can get to the hotel without any problem. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfasts were delicious, and it was the best crispy bacon of our lives. I had a small problem with the refrigerator in my room, I used medicine that has to be refrigerated, and the refrigerator froze them, if they are frozen they cannot be used. I was very scared because I brought my medicine for a 4-month trip, the staff was excellent, they found a way to find the medicine even though it is not very common and they replaced all the pencils that had frozen, I could not be more grateful for their service and concern. The towels and sheets did not smell very clean and the shower had a very clogged drain and the water overflowed into the entire bathroom.

Everything was amazing the service the atmosphere & location. very clean, peaceful, quiet & safe. Everything was on point.

The location and scenery and staff Insects

Nice tranquil setting outside of busy Ubud city. You have to cross a bridge over a small waterfall to get to reception. The property has very upscale feel with nice restaurant and multiple pools where you won't see anyone usually. They have so many staff to tend to your needs which is nice. They also have free shuttle to take you to and pickup from Ubud area several times a day. The villas are huge with living room and glass windows overlooking rice patties if you get that upgrade. They inform you that the villas are open and and that critters can get in. There is huge vaulted ceiling with so many unknown things living there. On the first night we saw a huge gecko walking along wall. It looks enclosed but there are gaps. The shower and toilet have no ceiling to outside either. Speaking of shower, you will have no privacy soon as you exit shower you are greeted full view of anyone sitting on bed so hope you feel super comfortable with your partner. The toilet room door has a gap too and not very private. The biggest problem we had was seeing a rat walking on the top of wall inside villa at night. Prior to this we hear something chewing on wood all day and night and few chirps every once in awhile. We also woke up to pile of feces from something they said was gecko but I'm not sure. Anyway, we moved rooms after seeing the eat and luckily was last night. The staff really need to secure the walls and outside with a screen if they want guests. Also add some type of partition to block view after exiting shower so you don't have to dry off with audience.

Absolutely wonderful and hidden spot. Perfect place to recharge and get inspired.

The staff was so kind and so amazing! Beautiful surroundings/nature! Great place if you dont wanna stay in downtown Ubud. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the villas. The villas did not meet our expectations, and we will not stay in that kind of villa ever again. (The privat pool villa is much better) Be aware that there is a lot of jungle creatures, especially in the normal villas.. you will find their feces in the villas everywhere, even though the cleaning staff did a very good job every day. That's apparently just how it is, when jungle is the nabour. The hotel and the staff handled the situation very good and were nice even though we had to leave 2 days early.

Overall was amazing. Service, knowledge, communication, comfort. Only issue was the insects inside the room. No other way around this, considering it’s in a jungle. Wasn’t so bad. I just had to buy some bug spray.

Fabulous location, just a short drive from Ubud but felt completely isolated and incredibly peaceful Wifi wasn’t great, though that helped me disconnect which was the whole point of my trip

It was set in a beautiful jungle location with a lovely garden. Very peaceful and quiet. The staff was amazing, so helpful and friendly, made our stay very special.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really tasty. Hotel also have free drop off to Ubud center and also they can take you back from the center for free. We stayed in garden view villa without private pool. Pool area wasn’t clean. Sound izoliation in villa was terrible. There wasn’t difference between being outside and inside. You could hear everything from another villa (talks, shower and etc), so quality of sleep wasn’t good at all and that was a problem for us.

Everything. The kindness of the staff . Especially Fitree who was such helpful. The breakfast ?. The best we had so far in Bali. The resort . Lost in the jungle and the rice fields . The pools , the rooms. Everything!! The thing to know is that resort is a bit far away from Ubud center (10-15mn drive) but they have a free shuttle . It was easy going back and forth with our scooter and we really appreciated the remote area
