The views and villas and atmosphere Food is way below average..in room dining is limited and food quality is not good no fitness facility only yoga …food only caters to Chinese and asian visitors not many options for other

Staff are kind and welcoming and very keen to tiny little details and they have made our stay extremely comfortable For such a massive resort, there’s no wellness center available. I understand the vibe but still if I want to break out some sweat, it would be nice to have one in the property grounds Food quality is at best mediocre. For example, ayung at riverfront. Everything there is at best mediocre and the service and the views make up for the best. I think they should re haul the menu and make it better. Dewata lounge was also not up-to the mark Details to the amenities finishing. Bathroom door edges seems worn out, no bidet in the toilet, water gets stuck in the sink ( they fixed it right away though ) and also internet speed could be a bit more better Again, these are all minor things and might go unnoticed but if you stay for more than 2-3 days, it will leave an impression

Our stay at Royal Pita Maha Ubud was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were completely immersed in the breathtaking beauty of the property. The architecture is truly stunning—perfectly blending traditional Balinese design with the surrounding lush jungle and river views. Everywhere you look, there’s a sense of calm and harmony with nature that instantly makes you unwind. What made the experience even more special was the peaceful atmosphere that flows throughout the entire resort. It felt like a true escape—serene, private, and deeply rejuvenating. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. They went above and beyond in every possible way, with a level of attentiveness and genuine care that exceeded all expectations. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate every detail made all the difference. They played a huge role in making my brother’s 40th birthday truly unforgettable. From thoughtful touches to seamless arrangements, everything was handled with such warmth and precision. We felt incredibly well looked after the entire time. A truly magical experience—we couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Well maintained and large rooms. Comfortable beds. Very beautiful and large property. Since it’s at various levels, climbing up and down at different places is a little tough for people above 60.

Exceptional location & architecture and our royal villa with pool was out of this world. Traditional furniture & while not 100% luxurious in modern Western sense, absolutely recommended. The restaurant food was not at the level I would have liked, and let the experience of dinner within the hotel down but provided excellent opportunity to discover awesome world-class food nearby.

Some reviews mention the stairs, there are some but I feel this is very common on Bali and even my mom (64) didn't have too much of an issue with the stairs.

The property is incredible! By far one of the most beautiful hotels and scenery in the world The service can really improve and sane with the food. Staff are really nice people and they are many but unfortunately, it’s normal there to try to reach room service for 40 minutes with no answer. We put our food plates out and called the room service to pick it up and 48 hrs later plates were still outside the villa. Breakfast has a huge selection but can be improved quality wise. We also didn’t appreciate being asked 2 to 3 times what our villa number is at breakfast. They need more training for sure. But don’t get me wrong the hotel is still spectacular in terms of villas and views it’s unmatchable.

It’s magnificent hotel located on the giant property in the middle of the jungle . Beside of natural jungles , you can enjoy waterfall, spring pool , mountain river in the territory of the hotel . Spacious villa . As well impressed by traditional Balinese carvings used all around the hotel . It’s like you stay in national museum and sanctuary in the same time . The guest relations manager Dewi was very welcoming and took care about comfort of our stay in the best way . Spa is beautiful. Coffe . Guys I would advise to teach baristas to make proper coffee.

Lush, green, traditional touch in every design with attention to details yet modern and comfortable. The wonderful staff make every individual feel like a royal guest in paradise. They made my stay x100 better! I regret the Hotel Royal Pita Maha is not like Hotel California, where “you can check-in any time of day, but you can never leave”… It was simply heavenly and I did not want to leave!

Huge and amazing. The staff are the best we can’t recall all the names but we can’t forget Dayu, she was the best and the most supportive ? Sabto, who was so nice also, the photographer who is very professional and got us a great pictures… actually all of them ❤️ Nothing. All perfect ?
