Exceptional

Hidden away about 2 miles from Ubud it is oasis of calm. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The staff cannot do enough for you. The pool is lovely with a lovely jacuzzi style pool running into the main pool. The food is freshly prepared to order and is excellent. So glad I picked this as my first stop in Bali and would highly recommend it. Liked everything

Lina, Rus, Sandi, Rama, Everyone at the hotel is incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything. They greet you at all times, take care of you, and address any inconveniences immediately. The fresh breakfast served every morning is absolutely amazing, and the pool water is so clean and clear that just looking at it brings a refreshing sense of happiness. The accommodation is tidy, the water pressure in the shower is fantastic, and everything is always well organized. This is my first time visiting Bali, and thanks to this place, I already want to visit again. I can’t understand why the average rating is in the 8s—I’m writing this review to give it a perfect 10 and boost the score. If you're from the city, you might be surprised by the occasional bug sightings, but this is something you'll encounter at any place in Ubud. Since it's relatively new, sometimes Grab drivers have trouble finding it, so make sure to double-check the address.

We were warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay at Bhumi Sangtu. Hotel is newly opened this September 2024. The room is specious with high ceiling, stylish furnished as well including a smart TV. Everyone at Bhumi is very kind and grateful. The hotel is located just within 15 min ride with scooter to the downtown of Ubud. We highly recommend this hotel to those who is searching for a nice quiet place to stay in Ubud with a touch of personal hospitality. Nothing we could think of..

Spectacular place, quiet, well located, away from congestion but close to many places to visit. The staff is super attentive to everything, friendly, excellent service.

Very helpful and friendly staff always ready to help. Nice breakfast. Very nice place, modern and clean. A bit hard to reach but doable with a car and never had issues with pickup or drop-off.

If you want to have a perfect stay in Ubud you have to come here. The rooms are very clean, the furnishings are new and super nice, the pool invites you to relax and the breakfast is delicious... it really is an oasis of peace. And the staff are simply the best. With their hospitality and helpfulness they fulfil your every wish ! That we cannot stay there forever .

After scrolling through many options that didn’t speak to me, I came across this place and instantly fell in love with it. The pictures showed a zen oasis, beautiful new rooms in a great location — all of which I found confirmed when I got there. In addition I was welcomed by the sweetest staff, truly caring for your wellbeing. I stayed for 10 days before going to the next place. If I could have gotten out of my booking following this one, I would have and instead stayed here longer. I felt so home, no doubt I will be back. Yes, for the stunning setting but also for the lovely people I met here.

The place is nice, modern, stylish, clean. We arrived at 3 am, we asked to not serve us soon the breakfast to rest, bu at 8 am they begin prepair works of next room, we could not believe it. All around are building, so even more noice from all the sides. If you begin your day at 8 am it is ok, I you like to rest more, or stay in the pool relaxing, not good, you hear repair works. The manger pushed to sell us his taxi (even if waiting time 1 hour!!!). I had the feeling that the manager priority is to make money on us, not to take card of us, unfortunately.

Bhumi Sangtu Ubud is really beautiful. The garden surrounding the villas was simply breath taking, and the staff was very kind. I loved the swimming pool..the water is so clear and well maintained. The room is super clean with really comfort bed. The bed is the coziest I have ever slept in and I had quality sleep during stayed here. The location is amazing because it is walking distance to Ubud center. It is also near to the place of tourist activities such like water rafting, ATV ride, cycling and others. I have relaxed so well here, for sure my family and I will come back. There are some minor highlights such as there is no a sign of swimming pool depth. This is really important thing to secure the safety especially for kids. The other thing is that plantation near the swimming pool, exactly on the edge of the wall fence doesn't look so green. I think it needs more plantation...

Staffs were friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. Their recommendations for local dining and activities greatly enhanced our experience. Thinking about coming again soon!

This was a real nice experience to live in & feels like home. Set in a tropical garden, very beautiful and architecture on simple and classic wood element. Quiet and peaceful pool for relax. Staffs very friendly and breakfast is lovely. Love the vibes & will certainly be visiting again. Exceptional!
