Location, the friendly and helpful staff. The free shuttle to most places is an added bonus. The villa needs some upkeep . Bathrooms need modernization. No safe in the room.

Really enjoyed the stay. All the staffs are amazing. The property itself is slightly older( not newly built) but spacious, the villas is cozy and lovely. Breakfast and afternoon tea are tasty and healthy. It’s about 10mins drive to center of ubud. And if you like to have less crowded or hectic stay, it’s perfect. It’s slightly older, eg the toilet flush might need a harder press but that doesn’t bother us too much.

It’s very quiet and lovely. You feel like you are in the middle of a forest. The private pool is a plus. The food is really good. But best of all, is the staff. They also have a shuttle service which is very convenient Nothing

One of the best Villas in Bali. Everyone was professional and helpful. The design of the Villas was great. The location is not far from Center Ubud, and they have free schedule to Center Ubud. Their breakfast is amazing with fruits, drinks (juices, coffee, Tea and milk) entrees, and main menu. I really recommend it. None

We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though it’s not located right in Ubud center, the free shuttle service to and from the center at any time made it very convenient. We especially enjoyed the private pool and being able to order breakfast to our villa each morning, it made our stay feel truly special.

The Nefatari Villas are stunning - individual villas all private with their own pool and garden. Beautifully appointed with traditional furnishings and stunning planting. Good aircon and very comfy beds with nets. The Villa has a free shuttle which takes you into central Ubud and will pick you up again for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The small restaurant was basic but good. It is quite far out of Ubud - so you need to use the free shuttle or Grab taxis to get anywhere. Unfortunately there is a tennis centre being built next door to the villas. This did mean we had some noise first thing in the morning which was not the fault of the villa at all. This won't be an issue much longer as the build is nearly finished.

Excellent Villa with an excellent service. Staff is very helpful and the villas are even better in person than in pictures. Food is good and they also arranged scooter rental and transfers for us.

The staff were amazing! We were assisted with anything we needed at any time and lots of perls throughout the stay, like complimentary tea with fried bananas in the afternoons.

Beautiful private villa with my own pool. Outside bathroom area felt very tropical. If you want a calm oasis away from the chaos of Ubud, then this is it. As a solo traveller I would have preferred to walk to a restaurant in the evening. The hotel provided a shuttle service which was great and very generous,
