Wonderful staff. Lovely breakfast. Great location. Value for money We loved staying in the traditional Balinese rooms. There is a bar next door where there is always live bands which we really love. Just be mindful this finishes around 12pm, so it is a little noisy. We still love the location, staff and breakfast.

Staff members at the hotel were a quite nice. We booked our stay breakfast included but breakfast is very poor quality. No options, no taste and not value. Pool wasn’t clean and non of us could be able to swim.

the people seem kindly nice～ The facilities are outdated, the drying racks cannot be replaced, and the clothes are rubbed black after drying. The bathroom equipment is old, the hygiene is not up to standard, there are stains on the bed sheets, the room is not cleaned carefully, and the sealed bottled water has been opened and not replaced. The room was spacious, but not bright enough. Breakfast taste is average, you need to make an appointment with the front desk one day in advance, if you walk carefully outside the restaurant in rainy weather, it is easy to slip and fall when covered with green moss, especially for the elderly. There are many mosquitoes and ants. Skin allergies, only three days to check out early, the remaining nearly halt a month room rate can not be negotiated with the hotel refund, finally, the hotel yin and yang weird sent a free drop-off. Be cautious when booking a room, especially if it's long.

The place was overall good, but the cleanliness has to be a bit more maintained than what was expected it to be but on the average it’s good I like the location in the pool area where the place is located

Staff friendliness during breakfast time. They put me and my family down on the corner of the hotel. Room is not clean enough and also towel. Pool was not clean (many leaves). I have asked an upgrade during check in and no follow-up.

Dear Ms. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite your establishment's reputation, the services offered during my stay were far from satisfactory. The room was in an unhygienic condition and had various maintenance issues that reflected negligence. * Poor cleanliness or hygiene * Unpleasant smells strong humidity * Poor customer service * Noise from builder * Mould mould mould lot of mould on the celling * Kitchen equipment hold rusty and not on good condition * Kitchen area for breakfast old and not on a good condition * Big leak on the bathroom tap * Not practicable with to many stairs * Road closed for joined the hotel (extra 20 minutes taxi) * Long chair sun broken I paid for my all family for staying 4 nights and stayed at the end only fews hours … My son is allergic to mould and my father got some bad lungs sicknesses conditions and severe diabetic disease,so it was certainly not possible for us to stay in this condition even if you propose to us an upgraded Have got some pictures to proof the conditions of your hotel/room

The lovely pregnant lady at reception was a real treasure. Scooter rental and near to everything. Comfortable bed. Pick up from the airport was great There was dampness in the accommodation. If you are used to the standard of 5* hotels, then do not go to the accommodation. Dirty and old bathroom. Breakfast was not good at all. I would recommend canceling breakfast accommodation altogether. Old equipment, but enough for an overnight stay.

Beautiful pool and accommodation.. Friendly staff Proximity to the local mosque meant that we had interrupted sleep due to early call to prayer between 3:30 and 5am

Loved it here, so so beautiful. We stayed in the deluxe suite beside pool and the room was so big decor was beautiful, beds very comfortable and the bathroom was massive with a lovely fountain shower. The infinity pool and view is so worth it honestly so tranquile. Location is bit out of Ubud but it’s quiet so will get good sleep away from the hustle and bustle and the hotel offer motorcycle rental so can access area easily! Nothing

View on tre rice terraces, as in picture from the booking, the staff was great Due the reconstruction of the road, it was hard to find the hotel. The room felt damp

Strong damp smell in the room. Noisy at night with the road being next to the rooms. Difficult to access Ubud as taxis are reluctant to go to this place because cars have o do a long detour

When booking, informed the property that it was our honeymoon and they laid flowers on the bed for us and ensured we had an amazing view from our balcony. Plenty of options for the breakfast. We couldn’t check in until 2am due to delay in our flight which was no problem at all.

The room was very cosy with a beautiful view. The pool was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and nice during all our stay. The small negative point do not impact our stay, we recommend staying there. The « American breakfast » was poor in meat (we tried both the bacon and sausages and both portions of meat were very small), as well as two small pieces of potatoes, could be upgraded a little. Because of it’s proximity to a jungle like area the room was quite humid.

Amazing, very helpful Staff, incredible view from the pool. Romms were always clean, small could be a bit better, we always smell the humidity, but hotel is literally in the jungle so its understandable. I really enjoyed staying there.

Breakfast was fine, we got whatever we asked for and every care was taken to meet our needs. All the Staff we extremely polite and accommodating, especially Asih she was lovely and helpful and took note of the fact my husband had bad knees. This message was passed on straight away and we got a beautiful spacious room that had no stairs to get to. So thankyou Nata for a wonderful stay we really enjoyed it. We liked everything I can’t fault Nata Suite.
