Loved the smaller size, the beautiful gardens, lovely villa, pool and kind staff. Our garden villa with open air bathroom was just perfect. The info book in the room was the best I’ve ever read and the owners were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were a great start to each day. The A/C struggled to keep our room as cool as we’d like

The property was beautiful and very peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff knew our babes immediately and the food was great Nothing … maybe no pet dog ?

Everything from the gracious hosts Karen and Noel to the wonderful team who were totally welcoming and always smiling. We felt truly pampered during our stay. The villas are beautifully appointed and the well maintained garden setting / pool a delight. They have thought about every comfort and provided for it. We were pleased to be up graded to a larger room with an enormous bathroom. Shower was fabulous & we were pleased to have a wonderful mosquito net around the bed. The breakfast is healthy and delicious, as is the catering in general- all carefully prepared and presented. We only bothered to eat elsewhere once. Location is very convenient too. They were very helpful arranging a driver for a day trip and our transfer in departure. Fully recommend! Nothing really. A couple of tiny practical things - the power bank could be more conveniently located near the fridge / kettle. A mirror in the bedroom would be great for when the bathroom is occupied- but they’re not game changers!

The Hotel staff took care of all our needs. They provided meals at times we were not able to get to restaurants or were too tired to venture out. They arranged the taxi/cab rides to the destinations we wanted to visit, including drop-offs and pick-ups. They scheduled SPA services for all of us in the party. The villa's bathrooms have an open outdoor view which we felt was a bit uncomfortable. While not easily viewable - it was a bit uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay in this charming boutique hotel. It’s located in Ubud in a central part of Bali, which was very convenient to go to different parts of the island. The breakfast is great, very fresh and tasty. The room is big and nicely decorated. Small details like having a sarong and a bag to use in the beach. The staff is extremely friendly. The cost benefit is excellent. We used massage, manicure, pedicure and laundry with very competitive prices compared to spas in Bali. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The lack of power outlet in the master bedroom, we had to charge our phones in the bathroom.

Really lovely property and gardens. The rooms are very luxurious with large bathrooms. Beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. We stayed for 4 days and loved every minute. Easy walking distance to all the sights and the market We liked everything

Delicious Room service was a treat Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff decorated it for our honeymoon making it special. Pool was lovely! We enjoyed our couples massage Yande! Our driver during our stay was awesome and reliable We enjoyed everything about our stay!

The property is stunning and a haven of tranquility in the bustle of Ubud. My room had a large, excellent bed, and the bathroom (with a deliciously large tub) opened up to the view of the lush forest. The outside patio to the room included a beautiful sitting area, accompanied with only the sound of the river and swaying trees. The staff were very friendly and able to arrange everything, including transportation and activities. Excellent meals, which can be had in the room. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Villas and exceptional staff! Everyone made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities, breakfast and food were all excellent. The location is also perfect, only 15 minutes walk from Ubud centre but at the same time away from city noise.

Everything was good but what really set this place apart from other places was the exceptional staff, they really made you feel like you were at home, small tight-knit family that all said hello and really felt like they cared about your stay and the rest of your day. They remembered that I liked chilis with my breakfast and no sugar in my juice and continued to deliver throughout the week without having to ask twice! They clean your room twice a day and helped with you everything you need, from mosquito repellent to shuttles into town. They even went above and beyond to rectify a misunderstanding. Thanks for the amazing stay! Not a huge deal but just didn't expect it to be semi-open air. I think the window had wooden blinds but it had no glass panes so mosquitos could easily get in. Also charging was hard as there were limited outlets in convenient places.

Our stay at Kano Sari Villas in Ubud was fantastic. The setting is serene, surrounded by lush greenery, and the rooms have a beautiful open-air jungle vibe. We had a minor issue with the AC, but the staff responded quickly and offered us a new room. The service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuine. They also treated us to a complimentary massage, which was absolutely euphoric with the soothing jungle sounds in the background. Highly recommended for a relaxing Ubud escape. Nothing

The most amazing hospitality and a small resort that is designed and maintained in exceptional ways. The food was delicious, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and it was easy to feel tranquility quickly.

This is an absolutely beautiful property, you can tell much effort and thought has gone into both the rooms and the lush garden. From the comfy bed and beautiful fresh linen, to the small touches in the room. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful but never intrusive. It was my birthday during this trip and they sang me happy birthday and brought me a little cake ?I would recommend this spot to anyone Nothing
