Location pool was cold

Really clean and close to the city center. Plus, the staff was exceptional and always trying to help us in any way they can.

Staff are wonderful. They are keen about timing. Privacy is at extreme level. Breakfast was excellent though there were limited options to chose from. House keeping's response was so rapid that you would feel like they were waiting for your call. When asked about any package services they would clearly inform you which part they are providing and which part is outsourced.

The amazing team at the Aria Villas, were exceptional! We were accompanied to our Villa by the staff and shown through to learn of all the amenities and they kindly had the room pre-cooled and turned on the mozzie zapper on arrival. Ex!planation of how to order breakfast and at what time, we required it delivered to our Villa pool area, were easily understood. Breakfast was delicious and absolutely nothing was a problem. Tia, Desi and Mitha feel like lifelong friends now! The poolman and cleaner were fabulous, too. Sampai jumpa lagi For my husband, the pool, was too cold to dive into, however, I found it deliciously cold, after a long day of walking. The outdoor shower, was beautiful, as were the bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner. However, the shower floor tiles can be very slippery when soap is added and my husband did take a tumble.

Easy to get to. Right off the main road and easy walk into town. Room was huge, bed was super comfy. On the harder side, but still comfortable. Private pool was incredible! Clean and water temp was perfect. Wonderful seating area protected by the rains. Shower and bath tub are outside so you really feel one with nature. They must bomb or spray, because I rarely saw mosquitos which was a relief. Good water pressure, but hot water limited. Don’t take super long showers if you have more than one person. Staff was amazing!!! Breakfast every morning delivered to the room. They helped arrange for a full day driver, in room massage, and so many other things. I can’t thank them enough!! That we couldn’t stay there longer :).

Placed in quiet street in the center of Ubud. Very well designed. The room and garden are spacious, comfortable and privet. The staff is helpful. Breakfast in the room/garden does the trick!

We went Aria Ubud after a month tour around Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney. A large room with private garden and private pool welcomes you. After a month in cities chaos its like heaven but it doesnt end here. After welcome, you have free massage in your own garden with birds singing for you. You have your breakfast next to your private pool and yoga in your private garden on the grass. The bathroom shower is open air with privacy and comes with a bathtub as well. Check pictures! We can thank thousands time to Desi and Tia and it wont be enough, our villa concierge; they provide everything you need at your door. Thank you again for all Desi & Tia. They also helped us for a super late check out as well. We will absolutely come back again. We all had good experiences at Aria but for first timers we kindly recommend following: you are in the middle of nature dont watch TV or dive into social media; rest! Bali especially Ubud do not have super friendly pavements to walk, take a taxi from Gojek if you go Ubud central its around 3-4 usd. Traffic around Ubud yes you have. No alcohol within compund bring some wine from the center if you want. Last but not least focus on positive vibes and enjoy!

Beautiful property friendly staff beautiful valley view, short walk to main street lots of options of restaurants, massage shops The street villa allocated is a little bit dark in the night. The other 2 rooms are not at the same level with main room.

Superb

Very central to Ubud (5 minutes walk to the main street) yet quiet. Beautifully designed villas with super comfortable beds. The pool plays a big part in enjoying this property. Nice views across the valley too. Daily breakfast is delicious with many choices brought to the villa each morning as requested. There are many services on offer but never pushed. The staff are very friendly. I would stay here again.

Amazing property with a wonderful breakfast, private pool, and very comfortable beds but the best part was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Thank you Sukma, Tia, and Desi!

Superb

This is the best villa I’ve ever stayed at in Ubud! All the villas are private — you won’t see any of the other guests. They’re designed in a way that gives you complete privacy, and that’s the most amazing part. The outdoor stone bathroom, surrounded by lush plants, looked exactly like my long-time dream — and I got to live it here. Lying in a bath while little birds with yellow bellies fly in and sing to you — that’s what true relaxation feels like. And having your own pool is a huge bonus! The staff is kind, caring, and thoughtful. Ladies — you’re the best! I’ll definitely come back again. This villa is now saved in my favorites forever, and I’ll be recommending it to EVERYONE! P.S. My flight arrived early — we landed at 8 AM. The hotel messaged me in advance, saying they weren’t sure they could accommodate an early check-in. But in the end, they made it happen, and I was over the moon! They also arranged a smooth, comfortable transfer from the airport, making my stay after a 14-hour flight absolutely perfect. Thank you so much!

Just had an amazing stay at Aria villas Ubud! The rooms were immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible staff - friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. The villa was cleaned every day. The staff were very sweet, friendly and helpful. It is very close to the center of Ubud. When the day of departure came, it felt like I was leaving my home. Thank you to the whole team. Thank you Tia, Desi and Sukma. Also thank you Mr. Wayan. Mr. Wayna is someone who loves his job and is very helpful. I think the hotel owner is very lucky to have such a team. I think there is nothing not to like about the otel, it is a price and performance hotel.
