Honai Resort

Sometimes things just turn out perfect. Our stay in Honai Resort was like that. Incredible staff, always at service, room enjoyable and scented and the whole place incredible with pool and all the plants. And no bugs. Spa center top quality and Hotapa kitchen cannot get enough praise. This vacation stay was top 3 of all times for us.

Beautiful place, nice swimming pool, nice yoga class, near pickleball club, easy to move to Ubud city via transport apps. Good breakfast. Nothing

Looks so beautiful, the staff are nice specially April . Sometimes the towel smells bad . There was a spot on the sheet . The big dish in the bathroom wasn’t working. The location wasn’t very close to the center .

- The ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing — it has a jungle-inspired design that gives a Bali vibe, yet the place is peaceful and quiet. Perfect for anyone who wants to unwind and rest. - What I also appreciated was how considerate the staff were during our stay. The hotel provides complete necessities, so you don’t have to worry about bringing too much. They have everything you need like toothbrushes, shaving kits with cream, hair nets, and more. (First resort that I've experienced with so many complimentary toiletries) - Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed on the first floor right in front of the lobby, and it also came with a balcony which was a nice bonus. - One of the best parts was the bathroom — it was sooo big and had a very unique bathtub. It was perfect for a relaxing hot bath after a long day of walking and exploring. - 15 mins away to Teggalang and 15 mins away in Ubud palace. - As an added bonus, they even gave us a free 20% off voucher that our friends or family can use when they visit Bali, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

The resort was absolutely beautiful was lovely and quiet. My room was actually beautiful and I had a lovely big bath in my room. And they provided me with bath salts and bubble bath. I didn’t like that The breakfast started at 8 am , as I’m an early riser. Also at the pool bar there was never anyone there to get served to have a couple of drinks just to sit around the pool. As there’s not much around you, you’re very limited with the menu for dinner.

Stunning

Lovely staff, peaceful and great room straight out onto the pool area. Great gym just a few meters io the road too and regular free yoga included Pool is quite small and it’s a taxi ride from most places, so a little quiet for my 7 year old daughter. Also ground level rooms a bit noisy woth the rooms above walking or moving chairs etc

We love the room! It was spacious, comfortable, cozy, and clean. You can relax and have a good sleep, plus it has a patio. Breakfast was also good - fresh and delicious. We had direct access to the pool. It wasn't too big but the resort was also not overcrowded. The activities are scheduled on specific days only - I wish they made them available everyday so guests will have the opportunity to take them based on their schedules. The location was so-so. It's not in the downtown area so it was quiet and has one convenience store near it. If you like to have access to nearby restaurants or shops, it may not be the best place for you.

The room was amazing and the staff was lovely and very helpful! The pool is clean and the entire place is very taken care of.

All great Nothing

Location is close enough to the town centre that you can still get there easily, but far enough out to have quiet and relax. The spa is wonderful, and the pool is perfect for floating about and relaxing poolside. Having to leave! And, the traffic. Getting anywhere by car takes time, adjust your expectations to Bali traffic - school finishes at 12 noon and from there on, the traffic is congested. But get to the town centre early enough to avoid it, and just walk everywhere! We traveled from Canggu, and it took over 3 hrs- which could have been avoided if we knew to travel earlier.

Beautiful resort, well appointed rooms, luxurious bed and bath. I honestly couldn't think of one negative thing to say about this place. Great Asian fusion at the restaurant and western style breakfast which is included in the room rate. The spa was divine and great value too. Hotel did everything from.arrange a scooter rental to drop me at the airport. They also had nice and affordable wines in the minibar which I appreciated since these seem hard to come by in Indonesia. Didn't take advantage of the pool or on-site yoga but saw others do so and seem to enjoy themselves. The only area for improvement might be to have better coffee in the room (instead of nescafe). That's literally the only thing.

We stayed in the Tropical Deluxe Room, located on the first floor with a beautiful view of the pool and a spacious balcony. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The room was cozy and well-appointed, offering the comfort you’d expect while still staying connected to nature. The entire property is nestled in a lush, jungle-like setting, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. It created a serene and peaceful ambiance, ideal for a rejuvenating break. One of the highlights was the open space available for morning yoga or meditation The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which added to the overall charm of our stay. The only minor downside was the breakfast. While everything served was delicious and well-prepared, the variety is limited and tends to get repetitive if you’re staying for more than a few days. Pro Tips: 1) Book your spa session in advance! We made the mistake of walking in and it was fully booked. 2) There’s a Batik class nearby, just a short walk from the back of the hotel - a unique local experience worth trying. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful, nature inspired retreat with excellent hospitality.

Nice garden, amazing room service

The restaurant had a lovely a la carte menu with varied selections. The facilities were clean and staff was friendly and supportive with excellent suggestions on places to go.

Such a beautiful garden and a lovely pool + the location is nice and calm so there’s no noise from Ubud center at all. Evenrything is superclean and the personel is very very friendly. 10/10

The resort was absolutely beautiful ? The breakfast each day was good and had good variety. Anggu at the front desk was so helpful and knew the name of every person in our group.

The facilities were amazing. The food and service was also so good and so well priced. We loved the relaxed feel of the resort. Its small and personalized. The spa was also great. The only thing i would say is if you want the free shuttle to pick you up send a message about 15 mins before so they dont forget you. Otherwise it was such an amazing place to stay.
