There are 2 pools at the property but the other one was not that clean. The rooms are big and even though they clean our room everyday it’s as if it’s still not clean enough. Or maybe because it’s obvious that it’s already old. No remodelling done for a while and it’s obvious.

Nothing I didn't like anything. Room is dirty, Smell is so bad and i do NOT recommend anyone to stay there as it's so dirty.

They gave me a room where the lock didn't work, every night someone had to go and open the door. One night they left the door open without our consent. The last night they couldn't open the door and the person in charge decided to give us another room without being able to sleep in it. For several nights we had to hang over the balcony of another room, risking an accident. Something illogical to me was that the reservation didn't include all the breakfasts. I've traveled all over the world and I've never had an experience like this, so I didn't have to buy additional breakfasts when a room didn't include them. It was illogical that if five people go, only 3 eat and the rest look.

Well property was in a great location but bathroom were not clean. Ac doesn't work, cnt got to balcony as sliding doors were stuck.

Close to where I needed to be Old hotel. Water in shower is the worst. It kept coming in spurts and spits and would stop altogether mid shower! Torn stained towels.

Located in quiet nice place. We requested top floor but we did not get when it was empty too.

The room is big & clean. We also love the ambience. The food was good too. It's quite far from ubud central, will take atleaast 10 to 15mins ride.

The location is great, very near to main tourist attraction spots in Ubud

the pool area was really enjoyable! kids in the pool from 7 AM waking everyone around, didnt get linen change in our staying

Brilliant location, fantastic staff that helped with organising laundry, massages and transfer. Everyone was super friendly and lovely and room service was an amazing extra, fantastic value for money and had a lovely stay! N/A
