Very friendly staff especially the manager and young guy in the restaurant A little bit of of the centre of Ubud, but plenty of local supermarkets and Grab or Gojek taxis are cheap

The staff were helpful when we were there and a generally nice place to stay. Being charged twice for the booking and as of a month later there has been no movement to refund the double charge. I will remove this poor review once the issue has been sorted out. Very frustrating way to end the holiday.

nice pool, good beds, nice balkony, beautiful patio and design of hotel simple breakfast, rooms( little light, no hot water) rooms could get a renovation, especially the bath rooms

Great staff, very comfortable bed too. Lovely to have desk and a balcony overlooking the pool. Super helpful and friendly staff made it. Also sorted me out with a good taxi ride to get me to my next destination. Thank you! Nothing - all good! Price was fair.
