The staff were incredibly welcoming, and fully invested in making sure our stay was fulfilling. They asked about our plans, how each day went, and our food plans. Their suggestions for daily exploration were very helpful. Both restaurants were fantastic, and we loved exploring the property I wish we could have stayed longer so we could take more advantage of their daily offerings and spa treatments

We also joined the morning yoga session, which was perfect and very calming. A special thanks to Wulan and Okta, who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, the reception responded quickly and efficiently. We stayed in a pool villa, and features like the projector and Alexa made the experience even more enjoyable. As a welcome, we were offered a 15-minute massage, which was a lovely touch and really enhanced our stay. The hotel was so beautiful and comfortable that we didn’t even feel the need to leave for a whole day—we just enjoyed our time there to the fullest. Overall, it was truly a great experience.

It was absolutely amazing! OKTA greeted me very nicely. Wulan was very nice. Able to as so nice at the restaurant. Facilities were great and they went above and beyond to make my stay great. Also the yoga instructor Wida was GREAT! N/A

The breakfast was delicious and varied each day. Staff remembered our coffee orders and were most helpful with heating up food which had gone cold. The breakfast area looks over the jungle and is quite spectacular, however, the arrangement of the buffet could improve with the polular fruit stand in a crowded corner, making it a congested. Also, the fruit is in covered tubs, meaning staff do not always know when fruit runs out.

Beautiful! So wonderful to stay closer to the jungle and the food was amazing. The staff was so helpful, very friendly and ready to help at all times. The reception staff was amazing. Okta remembered my name even at breakfast and Wulan was very hospitable and helped with what ever I needed.

My husband and I loved everything! The location, staff, villa, food and drinks were exceptional. Ayu Diah ensured that we had a relaxing stay and provided us very personalized experiences that we will remember for a lifetime. We especially loved our anniversary, our flower pool, massages especially the honeymoon package and the candle lit dinner was absolutely beautiful. We plan to come back and stay longer. There are was nothing we didn't like

I just had the most amazing and relaxing experience in Aksari Luxury Resort, they have a beautiful summing pool, yoga area, delicious food. Unforgettable experience a must try in life. Highlight to the nicest staff Wulan and all the team. Keep it up.

The toilet didn’t work in the room. And the towels are dirty. The rooms by the river are river noise. Breakfast terrible.

We had a wonderful stay at Aksari Hotel in Bali! We stayed in the private villa with a pool, which was both beautiful and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm, the rooms were clean and stylish, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. A special thank you to Ayu, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She was always kind, attentive, and truly made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
