I liked the location, it was among the rice field, a little bit far to the centre but there was a shuttle, 10:30 to the centre and 15:30 return. The staff were extremely polite and gentle. It is a matter of taste but the breakfast should have been a little bit more varied but it was not a problem.

We love the property so much because of the nature , views , fresh air and clean. I have no complaints. But I found a hair in the food.

The property did not provide the services listed in the booking. The receptionist and the manager were rude and non cooperative and refused the services they were supposed to provide. They did not look for a resolution and straight up blamed it on booking.com. 1000% not recommend

No such a thing

Very comfortable! Everything was so neat and well-decorated. The staff were so friendly, as well! I enjoyed the live music at the restaurant. Nothing bad to say

It could have been a perfect stay, but there was an incident on my last night and I needed to go to the emerceny room , the following day I asked to extend my stay and spoke to the manager for flexibility on a room with a bath because my foot was injured, the staff were great, the manager showed 0 willingness to help or be flexible after me staying with the hotel for a full week.

The property is clean, the small huts are really nice and comfortable, the view to the rice field is nice. The swimming pools are clean and decent size. The staff is polite and helpful. The restaurant was ok, however a more refined menu would do better in my opinion. The restaurant staff are a bit slow, but very polite and smiley.

I really liked the property. The bungalow is spacious, with a great pool view and even a nice rice field view. It also has Google Play and Netflix which is a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable, making my stay even more relaxing However, the bathroom really needs to be renovated. There were broken pieces on the floor, and the towels were very old and should be replaced. I also didn’t like the lighting — the bright white lights make the place feel like a hospital. Warm lights would create a much more welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I felt that some of these details made the stay feel less friendly.

The room was very confortable, with a lot of space, hot water works perfectly and a great internet connection. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A highly recomended place.

I like the serenity, the staff is superb helpful. Love the free drinking water , and it is SEALED everyone! Love the particular touch of it??. And I love the gray long bench , and jade green chair! So trendy and stylish! The door is kinda stuck, and create noise Perhaps in the future , you can provide guests with more signature welcome drink, not only plain tea and or black coffee.
