Comfy room. Swimming pool was decent (note it's not warm water as it's in a shadowy area). Breakfast was good; although not consistent quality. Friendly staff that are willing to help. Nice location in quiet area near rice fields. Strong fungus smell in our room upon arrival. It cleared up a bit after a few days but this was not nice. We had an issue with our laundry didn't smell fresh at all; this was mitigated by not having to pay for it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Thank You!!!! Gardening ist very nice! Very quiet surrounding. Ubud is very easy to reach by Grab Breakfast is nothing special, it is ok. We only had lunch there once, it was ok, the other days we want to Ubud (was much better) Room interiour is ok, but a bit more decoration effect would be great. 2-bedroom villas are very far away from the Main building and there is a big difference between each of the villas. Although it is the same category it can not be compaired.

Beautiful villa, right in the middle of rice fields. Beautiful views of the rice fields from the restaurants and our villa. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Quick to respond to our requests/queries. Offered us complimentary Balinese massage and was very accomodating to our dietary requirements. No air conditioner in the living space. As near the rice fields, there are too many ants, flies, mosquitoes that you have to fight with

The food and coffee are very good, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool is small but functional, and the gardens are very pretty. It's a very quiet location, so there is no noise from taxis or bars. The breakfast menu included in the room is not à la carte. The road to the villas is also not paved, so it's a bit of a bumpy ride.

We stayed here for almost 4 weeks Friendly staff helped with all the requests, breakfasts were delicious and pool and property well maintained. Absolutely amazing stay! The Internet was also good enough to work.(Maybe one day I struggled and had to connect to mobile) Nothing

The location is quite close with the Ubud center, about 10 minutes car drive; so it's not that far while the area still give the great Ubud - rice paddies vibes. The pool was nice and the restaurant provides good and cheap food. Staff were really nice, feels like home! This is our 2nd time staying in this place and we will come again for sure!

I loved the staff. They were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We stayed at a two bedroom villa with a private pool and wherever the shower on the first floor was used it leaked water into the ground floor bathroom which was build directly underneath the first floor bathroom. It was a bit of a nuisance. Further, there are no restaurants nearby so you have to rely on the restaurant in the hotel which was fine but if you’re there for longer may be you’d like to have some variety.

Staff were extremly helpful and the meals onsite were delicious. Tours booked through the front desk were very flexible and well priced. Our driver Mudita was fluent in English and very easy to get along with.

Beautiful place! We loved our stay here. The staff are super kind. They also went out of their way to decorate our room for our honeymoon which was so kind. If you want to get your nails done Yanik is incredible! She did the prettiest lil hearts on my nails to carefully. Definitely use her, rather than going into town! Bed sheets smelt damp would be the only picky thing

Staff is excellent, attentive and very hospitable. The 2 bedroom villa had everything that we needed, the beds were comfortable. Food is tasty and there are many choices. It seems to be too far from places that we needed to visit, roads were narrow and traffic was bad.
