Very peaceful environment Friendly staff Too many geckos around the hotel even outside the door. The rooms had an old moldy smell. Very far from most attractions. The breakfast was very basic. And hotel menu limited to few dishes. And terrible wifi and entertainment options

The overall look and feel was superb. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. The chef was superb. The food was excellent. Overall a very good customer experience. Nothing . Everything was so good

The shuttle they offered twice a day to somewhere in UBUD - The location was quite remote -There was no napkin in the restaurent - At least 5 times during our 3 days stay, they did not have what was on the menu - The lift was out of order for almost 2 days - Noisy, although a small hotel - Small pool

The pool area is beautiful and the rooms are super spacious and comfortable. It's great value and in a quieter part of Ubud which was what we wanted. The restaurant service was a little slow but not a huge issue.

I had such a great stay at Mayura Ubud Retreat! The place is super comfortable, and the views are just as beautiful as the reviews say—so peaceful and surrounded by nature. What made my stay even better were all the free benefits they offer, which is amazing considering how affordable the price is. I got to join a Balinese dance class, learn how to make Canang Sari, and even use their free shuttle to Coco Mart Ubud, which was really convenient. These little extras made my trip to Bali even more special. Definitely a great place to stay!

Beautiful property. We had a room on ground level which had a nice little patio to sit on in the evenings. We also enjoyed the restaurant area and pool. We stayed for only a few days upon arriving in Bali but we enjoyed our stay very much. If we were to travel back to Ubud this would definitely be where we would stay, it’s a nice contrast to busy central Ubud as this is located further out in a relatively quiet area. The restaurant had a really good nasi goreng which we enjoyed on several occasions along with springs rolls. The staff was fantastic all along and despite the short stay we had a great time!

Was a small, quiet, friendly resort. Has everything you need close together. Food was great. pizza's were not good but rest of the food great. Is a bit out of town but that isn't necessary a bad thing. Free shuttle twice a day

The friendliness of the staff and really really high manners. As well as the service provided and the availability of our every request. The staff are kids and family friendly, they are very helpful and extremely professional. The facility is clean and comfortable. the tures provided were in good rates and the drivers were very helpful much better than tour guides The breakfast was a menu type, i prefer the buffet type breakfast but that is my personal preference. The insects, but i understand it’s part of the geographic and climic package
