Absolutely loved it here! The gentleman at front desk and the lady who helped with teaching you about what there is to see in the area were both fantastic! I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. It was clean and nice. The location was also great. I would have stayed longer had there not been a power outage in the area.

Clean, no fan in bathroom, two sinks. Great location, next to only restaurant that opens until 10pm. Perfect after Grnad Canyon tour. Also a breakfast place right next to it too.

We were there for one night, it worked good for us. We did not use any of the amenities.

I really liked how close it was to the Grand Canyon. The property was really nice and we were able to wake up in the morning and get to the Grand Canyon within 10 minutes.

The location was exceptional and the staff was the same. From our greeting when we arrived to our checkout process, the staff was great. I did not realize this facility had an exterior door and actually found out it had an exterior door to the parking lot and one to the inner atrium/pool/etc. While it is an older facility with some renovation, it was clean and met our needs. When we arrived, we were greeted by two large deer who were hanging out at the entrance getting a snack. It was incredibly close to the Grand Canyon and there were materials available for visiting. There is reference to a breakfast buffet or other meal. That is not a free option, but there is a discount for those staying the hotel.

The hotel is a little outdated but it was perfect for what I needed. The real convenience is the free Purple shuttle into the Grand Canyon Visitor Center. It’s extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the canyon, good location. Room was clean enough. Logistics getting to your room & pool was odd. If you are in the main building (with the lobby) you cannot enter your room, you have to enter your room from the parking lot side. The pool is located outside and it is behind building #2, so if you are in building 1 (with the lobby) you have to walk in the parking lot past the 2nd building then enter the pool gate, outdoor pool was supposed to be heated, but only slightly so we did not get in.

The bed was great this hotel is a little older and could use some upgrading and the pool and the hot tub could use a cleaning. As far as the food on the property they have a saloon that serves dinner i would avoid that place worst service i think i have ever had. The place that serves breakfast is good and the service was really good there.
