Grand Canyon Hotel and Suites

The property was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful and always greeted us coming in and leaving. The TV was modern, and good size for the room with plenty of selections Internet was above average. The pool and hot tub were very nice and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the property was quiet. Breakfast is very basic with no hot offerings other than oatmeal. It was okay, however, for a quick bite before heading out. The GC National Park is only about 10 minutes north and very convenient. HOWEVER, everything in this town is extremely expensive. There is one grocery store and one gas station, and they are clearly aware they are the only options for several miles. Please bring lots of snacks, drinks, etc, especially if you have children. There is small fridge and a microwave. The only small complaint is the property asked for my phone number when I checked in and then promptly started sending us two text messages a day advertising a restaurant across the street. I didn't give my number to get spammed on vacation, and this was in poor taste. We did opt out, but this was quite audacious in my opinion. They should end this practice. The coupon they provide at check-in is enough for me to know there is a restaurant with a discount across the street. I need not receive two reminders a day. Otherwise, a nice place to stay and reasonably priced.

The location was in close proximity to the National Park. The staff were most courteous and extremely helpful.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Great location for driving back and forth to the Grand Canyon. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

room very clean, hot tub, staff members very helpful and really nice, Front desk guy i dint get his name but he is mixed, he is really nice and helped us a lot. a wide range of meals for breakfast, close to south rim grand canyon entrance just five minutes away to the entrance, this hotel is very nice. It’s at the center of gift shops, gas station and other restaurants. All in all i will visit again.Nice place to stay.

Things were great with the impending power shutoff looming. Staff was great and helpful.

Great location, clean room and wonderful breakfast .The staff from check-in to maintaining the breakfast buffet was excellent. Parking is easy.

We love it

The breakfast was not as great as I thought it would be. It's pretty much: cereal, toasts, muffins, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, fruits, vegetables omelet.

Rooms were dated and just ok. Breakfast was horrible. The only hot option was oatmeal.

There were no chairs in the pool area, which would have been helpful for us. Of course, the deck is wet, so our belongings did get wet despite not being near the water. Otherwise, the room was perfect for our two night stay. The location is perfect! Continental breakfast is always a bonus. However, we wish there would have been more hot choices (eggs).

Please repair all drains. The hand‑wash basins and the bathtub are unable to handle standard water flow.
