Its a nice hotel. The beds are ok. They dont really give you any shampoo or conditioner. I got a teeny tiny little soap. No coffee maker. Upon walking into the room is a very weird odor. Almost smells like pot. Paper thin walls. It was clean though and thats what really matters to me.

It was a terrible experience. There was no ice machine, no coffee or any other basic amenities. We drove 7 and 1/2 hours from Vegas to attend our daughter’s graduation from the University of Arizona. We arrived at 3:15pm, hoping to check in early so the girls could get ready for the 7:30pm graduation ceremony. However, we were told that the rooms weren’t ready and we might have to wait for 15 minutes. We were ok with the 15-minute wait. Then a lady made a scene demanding a room immediately. The same staff checked her in right away. I was puzzled. But I told myself to be patient, just 10 more minutes of wait and we’d get a room. Half hour had gone by, no clean room. An hour had gone by, no room. 2 hours had gone by, still no clean room. We weren’t the only guests there waiting for rooms. We were all there for the graduation. We repeatedly informed the staff that we pressed for time. The staff ignored our pleas and hid in the office. So in summary, avoid the hotel is you are there for an important event.

This is “No Frills”, so don’t be surprised when you get there. The rooms are very clean. The neighborhood is safe and close to TMC. There is a Starbucks a few steps from the hotel.

On the other hand the room was very clean.

The air conditioning unit was not working and the night was unbearable. They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room

Managers are amazing and everyone is so nice
-
Super manager ! Love staying here
-
There was plenty of parking, the room was very clean. My only complaint was the manager was making accusations that we were smoking in the room, we had to switch rooms and she shut off the key so I couldn't get in the room to get my stuff until staff was able to go into the room and confirm that we were not smoking in the room. All of my things and personal items sitting out in the room and the staff member looked around, it was embarrassing to have my personal items viewed! I will never stay there again and the manager should be reprimanded for treating guests like that! We don't even smoke! She was very rude about the whole thing and never even apologized! Other then that everything else was great.

Staff was very helpful when I had to be late arriving. Clean place. Nice amenities. Parking was free and plentiful.

Clean room and nice staff. Plenty of parking.

Newish very clean property conveniently located to the medical center campus in northeast Tucson. There are some excellent restaurants in the area too. The downsides are no ice available (seriously), limitations on towels & washcloths with no handtowels available period, and the afternoon/evening front desk staff that actively avoids hotel guests via some childish hide-and-seek game. But the young lady in the morning was very polite and friendly in compensation.
