I reserved a king, non smoking room but was given a double wreaking of smoke. Upon entering the room, the floor was dirty and the walls has items thrown in them. There were underwear and socks under the bed and the face sink started to clog at first use. The bath tub was dirty and hairs were seen in several places. I reported that the sink is clogged on Monday morning to the front desk about 830am. The attendant stated that the maintenance person will be in at 10am and he would address it. I came back to the room after 5pm Monday and the sink was still clogged. I went to the front desk again and the attendant tried reaching someone without success. I could wait no longer so I told her that I will fix it and she said that I should save my receipt. Upon checking out, I provided the receipt to the attendant and he said that they don't refund items fixed by guests.

There was nothing spectacular the property and as great potential.If the owners would slap some paint on the wall , pressure wash in actually get some housekeeper's that clean

Good location many restaurants around the eat as long as you don't mind taking a bus or have a car The only good thing about this location is there actual location other than that The hotel itself is complete another trash people arguing on morning arguing all night yelling screaming people threatening to shoot each other outside of the hotel non-picked up dog crap or poo poo on the property even though there is dog bags and a trash can to throw it away. Also a lot of homeless people chilling on the property all night long that make me feel very uncomfortable. If this hotel wants a higher rating they need to fix a lot of things I haven't had a filter in my room for my air conditioner obviously my air duct in my bathroom hasn't been cleaned since the hotel has been built and the heater in the room doesn't even work at all. While the air conditioner I can't even comfortably control because it's just as old as when the building was built none of the buttons work none of the buttons exist.

I arrived to check in at the Tucker, Georgia location after booking through Expedia and had an awful experience. The lady at the counter named Kelly instantly became frustrated when she realized my booking was through Expedia. She pulled up my booking and I paid the $2 administration fee. She then proceeded to tell me that the virtual card being sent over from Expedia was declining and I needed to call Expedia. I reached out to Expedia and was told that Motel 6 needed to contact the vendor to re-issue a new virtual card. Kelly refused to contact the vendor stating that she can’t call anyone. I then called the vendor services number myself and was unable to reach the hotel vendor customer service option so I called Expedia back. The hotel themselves contacted Motel 6 and spoke with Kelly requesting for her to contact the vendor to receive a new virtual card and she refused. Expedia then contacted the vendor and connected me with someone from vendor services who stated that Kelly was over charging the virtual card which was causing it to decline. They contacted Kelly themselves and asked her to retry the virtual card and they provided her with the correct amount and she refused and disconnected the call. I was then booked another room somewhere else by Expedia. Long story short, MOTEL 6 needs to hire people that wants to work because Kelly does not want to do her job! This was a BIG inconvenience for me and my husband and I will be requesting compensation!

The location. There was no bathroom door rm 330 I forgot to take pictures , which I didn’t discover until I went in to use it, that really took me for a loop it’s not in the description that your bathroom door would be missing, and the molding or whatever you want to call it on the wall back behind the toilet is peeling and it mildew maybe behind it was not pleasing to the eye then not to mention there a couple of roaches that came from behind the fridge.

They are my favorite just need a pool hot tub and a dog park and better outside trash can for their staff ashtray trash cans actual dog area with gate ! Keeps piss and poop down stop being cheap sown that money also update them damn beds please add some mirrors to the room wall make it cozy like masters inn please ? other than that yall cool oh add breakfast like fruit and pastries not juice coffee where the juice apple orange something other that this is my spot my honeycomb hide out lmao ? Just get new updates stop being cheap this will draw better clientele also I own my own cleaning business so you don’t suppose to use a mop from the floor to clean toilet shower and tub that’s gross asf just saying

The staff The first room we were placed in the air conditioning had no buttons and did not work. We were then placed in another room with no fridge or microwave. Im a diabetic and had to keep my insulin on ice. I will not be booking a stay at that hotel again

I couldn't open the door of my hotel room because the knob fell off. This is a fire hazard.

No heat is diabolical.

Down stairs a guy broke window took glass and cut a woman up and left her body which they found later and left all the glass to walk on

Scary place

Dirty tube. Occupant was in original room. Shower leaking. Lights dim. Internet lagging

The property janitor (Young black man)walked into my room unannounced and not requested for any services, then I was told that they are allowed to walk into any room because they have access by the staff at the front desk. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
