- AC in the room too noisy, could not sleep because the noise. I don't recommend this place

Everything went great during my short term stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were extremely kind, especially one named Ebony. While the breakfast selection wasn’t so vast, it was not uncommon for a chain hotel. Also, our bedroom faced the Interstate so there was a lot of outside noise at night. However, the hotel provides white noise machines and ear plugs for when that happens. I just did not have the knowledge at that time, so that’s one thing for you all to note in future visits.

I liked that it was close to where we needed to go. The air conditioning got cold and the shower was hot. 2 out of all the staff we encountered were helpful. When we needed additional towels and bedding to accommodate our group, we were given them right away. Breakfast was provided but we preferred a close breakfast spot. The customer service was severely lacking most of the time. When we checked in the girl was more concerned with getting back to her conversation with another employee than checking me in and gave no direction other than to tell me to swipe my card and then silently handing my room keys. The elevator flooring was coming up and the pieces were just left in the middle of the floor. It wasn’t until we were leaving that a sign was posed in the elevator and the pieces stacked to the side. There was hair randomly around the bathroom (floors, counter, bathtub) when we checked in. It was also a smoke free facility, but our whole floor reeked of pot smoke for 2 of the days of our stay.

We have stayed here a couple of times. It is no frills, but very clean. I wish they would not use the over-powering cleaner in their lobby. The scent is choking, but we only smelled it in the entrance. No other weird smells. They have a free breakfast and a pool but we were not able to use either. The workout room was very nice. The staff were just wonderful. It could use a bit of a face lift, but nothing is off-putting. The price is very good for the Atlanta area. Super close to get on the highway. Many dining options in the area and a Target around the block. We travel to the area frequently for medical appointments and will use this hotel again in the future.

I liked everything except the carpet in my room. It was FILTHY! I mentioned it to the people at the front desk, and they acknowledged that they knew the carpet was in bad shape. Everything else was clean, but to be in a room walking around on such nasty-looking carpet certainly took away from the experience.

the carpet in the room was dirty and had an odor. the room was very humid, which made it feel even more disgusting. housekeeping never came to our room, we were there for 3 days, they never even knocked and asked if we needed clean towels. the ceiling was chipping paint or whatever it's made of. the bathroom was clean, it's minor things like cleaning the holder that holds the provided body wash, shampoo etc. overall, i wouldn't stay here again because it's not as nice as the photos.

Extremely nice staff, and breakfast was amazing. Rooms were clean and black out curtains were amazing for daytime sleeping. They also offer ear plugs and white noise machines since they are so close to the interstate. This hotel is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in as far as making sure their customers are well taken care. They are definitely a 5-star for me.

Room was cozy and furnished as advertised It was noisy in an area where the interstate was on both sides of the area. Smaller airport nearby and kids drag racing late at night.

Room was good and roomy The noise was terrible between and motorcycle and cars racing late at night. Major interstate noise with semi trucks and let’s not forget the jet airplanes flying overhead.

I have stayed in the hotel several times. I need 3 beds and this hotel has the room with two queen beds and a double sofa bed, so I always go with this one. I really hard to find any other hotel having this type of room and close to the city with free parking. room is clean, facility is not old or shabby. Wifi is good. worth the money.

Unfortunately I had two lady bugs and a big water bug in the room. The card key system went down which caused the front desk to walk everyone to their room.

Breakfast was good. My overall experience at this hotel was mixed. The breakfast was really good and offered a nice variety of options. The customer service, for the most part, was also pleasant and professional, which I appreciated. However, my biggest concern with this location was the cleanliness of the room and common areas, particularly the ice machines. Upon entering the room, it was immediately noticeable that the sheets did not appear to have been changed. There was what looked like skin from a scab in the bed, and the sheets were visibly dirty. The walls were also dirty, and the entire room looked old, dingy, and in need of fresh paint. The carpets were dirty, and the bathroom did not appear to have been properly cleaned. Because of the condition of the bedding, I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed and ended up sleeping on top of the comforter using my own blanket. The following morning, I saw bugs in the bathroom, which was extremely concerning. At that point, I did not feel comfortable staying a second night and decided to check out early. While the breakfast and customer service were good, the lack of cleanliness made this stay very disappointing.

The front desk young man was great. He was so nice and accommodating to everyone that came in. The room was nice as well.

The Internet was in and out and you couldn’t watching any streaming services. We’re in 2026, there should be internet tv and stable internet as well

The thing that stood out was the friendly nature of all the staff. From the breakfast staff to the desk customer service, the maids. They made us feel like we were home. We spent 6 nights and it was great.

I stayed at the location in Tucker. It was very easy & convenient to the expressway. Breakfast wasn’t bad, wasn’t many options. The bed was comfortable, pillows too soft for my liking however didn’t disrupt my sleep. My stay wasn’t long however I’m very satisfied with my decision to stay here.

No issue with our stay for the most part. Friendly and attentive staff. Very clean lobby area and room. Convenient location with shopping nearby. Only let down was the breakfast: old fruit, cinnamon rolls were stale and hard(but looked tasty), cold potatoes, flavorless everything else. But we were fed so...meh.

The staff is great there. Although I e stayed there quite a few times they never try and give you any deals at all although I’m a gold customer. I always ask to extend my stay but they rather take the price up each day and have you check out rather than keep you at a steady rate and you continue to stay there which means they rather lose a steady customer for just a few dollars more. I offered to stay 2 extra days atleast had they kept my rate the same. The hotel rather I check out and they make no money vs they keep my same rate and still make their money.

Very clean and comfortable bed. The only negative thing about our business trip was two out of three times the coffee machine was being cleaned at the peak time in the morning for breakfast. Not the employees fault, but whoever own or runs this motel shouldn't have them cleaning the coffee machine during peak breakfast hours, we could'nt wait as this was a work trip. Very clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent and very friendly.

We have traveled here 4 times in the last year and used this particular hotel 3 of those times. The stay has never been unpleasant, and the staff is always very friendly and courteous. The rooms are a great size and are always neat and clean, but I still always do my little extra care cleaning, my preference. Our king bed on this stay was a little too firm for me because I have back issues, other than that everything was perfect. 10/10 recommend

The worst stay at a hotel I've ever had. Loud music coming from the LOBBY at all hours of the night, fights in the rooms next to ours, church assembly held in the lobby conference room at like 7am BLARING so loud you could hear it outside and in our room, phones not working so when people would try to call the front desk it rang to our room instead. Needless to say we got little to no rest in a HOTEL meant to take rest in. When told about the concerns, the staff just shrugged us off and did absolutely nothing about it. Will never stay at this location again, regardless of how good the location is.

Fine for basic in and out stays. Bed was comfy and clean. The pool was dirty and basically unusable with cloudy water a layer of dirt, foam and hair floating in it. The AC was very loud in the room making it hard to sleep when it would turn on at night and although it cooled fine it did not dehumidify so that all our things were damp! The towels never dried. Although “newly renovated” it’s already dingy and dirty. One day a homeless man came to our door asking to see someone who used to live there! We stayed a week and could not wait to leave.

Holiday Inn is my go to hotel but the room had a stuffy wet smell to it and you could tell the paint was layered on over old paint and the bathroom was a little rusty.

I expect more from a Holiday Inn. The AC worked but it was very noisy. The bathroom was not clean and the layout was AWFUL. No space, had to move door to sit on toilet. The toilet paper was not even 1 ply.

It was fine I guess. Except for when we checked in the staff was not the best. Not sure what the issue was but the guy at the desk was struggling with having to check me and my family in and even at one point went into the back room. Claiming it’s because I used a 3rd party? Room was fine. Except bathroom was so small and needed just a little bit more space. Kept hitting the toilet with the door. Breakfast was actually cool because they had a pancake option but wished they offered toppings for the pancakes.

Stayed here once before and thought it was nice. Was down the hall further this time and could hear the car traffic. No breakfast the first day I was there. The pool was also closed. The drain in the shower wasnt working very good, thought the shower was going to overflow. The girl at the desk was very nice.

Hands down, Gerald (hotel manager) always went above and beyond, delivering world class service and engaging with guests. I typically stay at Marriott properties, and my decision for future stats, will lean towards HIE…esp this location. Also, Alice the breakfast ambassador is by far the most efficient, friendly, and attentive employee I have come across in that role. She knows her stuff, and makes us leaving taken care of and well nourished. It’s not just the food selection, but the attention to keep all items fully stocked, tables clean, and the experience she delivers consistently every time I interact with her. And thx to Brenda and Luis for their solid competence handling my reservations and level of service.

Aside from the nice location (mall and restaurants nearby) and the clerk's professionalism, I have no positive comments regarding this establishment. The hotel's location near the highway resulted in significant noise. A pungent smell was noticeable upon entering the hotel, worsening upon exiting the elevator and accessing the room floors. The carpets in both the rooms and hallways displayed prominent stains. The couch in the room had noticeable tears and rips, the bed blankets had visible stains, and the bathroom fixture was broken (there was no toilet paper holder); insects were found in the bed (which I handed a living bug to the front desk clerk). The pool area lacked towels, the water was extremely cold, and unsanitary clumps of hair/weave floated in the water. Additionally, the rope separating the shallow and deep ends of the pool was broken, split lengthwise.

This just was not worth the money. We traveled from Michigan and the single thing i wanted for the kids was the pool. Well it was down of course not fully the hotels fault but still really sucks...next floor in room hair everywhere but we had slides to just wear around thankfully so we just didnt put nothing on The floor and then the pull out bed had food crumbs on it had to go and get new sheets. Next breakfast pancake machine not working, not enough meat was made. Food was just cold overall.

The coffee maker was broken, and the bedsheets appeared dirty and likely had not been changed in quite some time. Breakfast offerings were extremely poor in quality and by 9:00 am all food were gone. I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise others to consider alternative accommodations.

To me, the property gave it used to be like an extended stay but they decided to do regular hotel (if that makes sense) Soon as you walk in it smelled like mop water or mildew, elevator inspections were expired, phones weren’t working in room, went to the front desk to use the phone, could only use on speaker. They placed 2 holds on my card. When I called they said the error was made by the on site staff and there was nothing they could do. Took a week to release. Will not be returning.

Best part of the visit was the room. Location is safe and convenient. The staff could not directly answer my questions regarding the booking which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall a decent visit, but this will probably be my last based on the interaction I had with the staff.

1. I tried multiple times to call the front desk from the phone in my room & never got an answer. Resulting me in having to go down to the lobby. 2. No daily cleaning service. The housekeepers never knocked on our door to ask if we wanted anything cleaned during our 5day stay. We got fresh towels on our 3rd day. 3. The breakfast was decent. Could’ve been better. Pancake machine was out of order or something..so tht was disappointing. Maybe get a waffle machine instead. Only had apples and almost overripe bananas for fruit options. Grits would’ve been a nice option as well. 4. The store in the lobby was lacking alot. Idk if they were waiting on someone to restock or what. But there wasn’t anything really there. 5. The walls were thin too. I heard the couple in the next room enjoying each other lol. Other than those things, we did have a nice stay.

One of the very limited hotels In Atlanta that have two double beds with a sofa bed. I really appreciate that. Definitely will come back again. It was near highway, clean, excellent WiFi and friendly front desk. The bathroom a little small and breakfast lacked some variety but parking was not a problem at all.

We got a room with breakfast and went we went down the staff informed us their truck didnt run. The bath tub was full of hair. No tissue in bathroom. No trash bags in trash cans. The comforters was on the beds up side down....decorated side was down. The staff was wonderful.

I checked out early due to the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water. They were supposed to refund partially my money back, but did not.

Reservation says suite… 2 beds and a sofa bed…. Upon checking in I double checked that the room type is a suite with enough beds and sofa bed for 5 people to sleep. Upon entering room, only 2 full size beds! NO SOFA BED!!! To top it off, it is a handicap accessible room with NO TUB! Small children and only a wheel chair accessible shower! Front desk person was very nice, but said she couldn’t do anything about situation except give me blankets to make a pallet on the floor. I want a refund or at least a partial refund! Told I would have to speak with manager in the morning! Oh! Believe me! I will speak with manager!! Room is on first floor with parking lot right outside of the window!!! Noisy! Soccer team checked in and NOISE!!! Another room called and requested towels and wash cloths at 10pm! Said they dialed/pushed button on phone for front desk!!!! I unplugged the phone then! I should not have to pay for a suite and not have the room reserved. I am put in a handicapped accessible room, NOT a Suite! Very very disappointed in Holiday Inn I sure hope manager sees the problem in this! I don’t know if I will ever stay here again!!! This hotel is OLD and needs renovation to continue being a Holidsy Inn in my opinion! Not sure if floor was vacuumed… trash under bed and!

I had bugs in my room, first night there I had no air because I had no knowledge of how to control the 2 thermostat. Check out was difficult because of issues on charges and still not resolved.

I was nervous about staying here after reading some of the reviews. When i arrived, it was clean and well lit. My room was clean but there wasn't much lighting except the light from the parking lot. The parking lot was full and cramped. I didn't really feel safe.

Nice place, clean and above all the lady who serves breakfast was very kind and nice. The only thing I don't recommend is the sofa beds, I couldn't use them because they were in such bad condition.

Location was great and just where we wanted to be for the night. Room was as we expected over all typical for this type of hotel. One thing that was really inconvenient about this stay was the lights in the parking lot and no curtains! Just a sheer see through from inside and outside so no real privacy and then very bright room at night. The mirror is located across from the window and reflects light throughout room even more. We didnt like having no proper window covering.

It is my favorite hotel when I travel it my half way point to Tennessee and Indiana.

Our stay was amazing no issues or complaints. Facility for my appointment was close by which was very convenient. The exit to travel back home wasn't far to drive to or for getting gas to travel back. 10/10 we recommend.

Hotel rooms not cleaned every morning. Bathroom deterorating. Most staff members are very nice but some of them are not helpful

They had friendly customer service. But otherwise there was a fair amount to be desired. Tv didn’t work, blanket had a hole in it, elevator was dirty. The only ice machine was on fifth floor.

Spacious, clean, AC works well, good internet, friendly staff, typical breakfast, easy parking. Only drawback was no bedding found for the sofa bed.

The hotel looked brand new and it was very clean.

I booked through Hotels.com and when i arrived the room i reserved was not available. I had to purchase an air mattress for my son to sleep on. The staff was nice and apologize for not being able to accommodate my reservation. Breakfast was poor. They ran out of stuff or appliances didn't work. The ice machine was broken also.

I like everything

The room had a lot of down. Dirty towels and found some hair in the towels, and lots of hair in the restroom, including the shower and the counter. Really disgusting.

Never ever come back to this hotel, Holiday Inn oh my God no clean no good surface. I can’t sleep. I lost $152 for no reason.
