Came in for a concert, Everything was superb! Was a great stay! Hot tub was nice the Breakfast was phenomenal had a really great Taste. You can tell they care about the peoples stay. The Customer Service was great the moment I walked in. Great Vibes! I would love to stay here again.

The air conditioner (window shaker style) was so loud I had to sleep with a pillow over my head and my wife had to sleep with her noise canceling headphones on. Not a very relaxing stay!

I visited the area for a NASCAR event. The hotel location was conveniently located near Texas Motor Speedway.

We had to leave early and you/HamptonInn denied refund for two nights.

No not spotless but pretty clean. Sink drains very slow. Still pretty happy to have a room With heat.

Employees were FABULOUS, only problem was that when I was getting in the shower, I noticed an old DIRTY washcloth hanging from the shower curtain! Made me wonder if the shower and bathroom had been cleaned from previous person who stayed in that room!!!

Room was clean, only problem was one bed was had a major squeak whenever I rolled over.

The room was clean, the shower water was not hot enough, the streaming services didn’t work on the t.v. And the fire pit didn’t work. Other than that the stay was good. The front desk staff are awesome.

It was absolutely amazing! Everything the customer service was top notch everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing. The room was so clean and comfortable. The pool and hottub was very nice as well. Got to relax by the fireplace.

We love staying at this hotel when we travel to Southlake.

After I checked into the first of two rooms I had reserved, they informed me that they were overbooked and could not provide a second room! They did refer the other half of my party to a nearby hotel, but… Why not tell me that at first? In any event, the hotel could not (or would not) allow me to cancel there and stay at the nearby hotel with my party because “they had checked me in already” (minutes ago). But it gets better… The next day I spoke to the person at the front desk, to confirm I need to get my refund for the second room from Hotels.com instead of the hotel. They said yes, but they had charged one night’s stay due to THEIR NO-SHOW POLICY!?!? I told her the entire party for both rooms showed, as we were standing there trying to check in WHEN IT WAS THE HOTEL’S FAULT WE COULDN’T! She then said it was hotel policy, I tried to explain again and again, she said policy again and again, I gave up. I then went to Hotels.com to request a refund, they have been trying to confirm my story with the hotel, but have been unsuccessful in reaching them for the last 5 days!!! So I am pessimistic about Hampton Inn caring about the grief they caused me as well as ever making this right.

The room we stayed in had been recently renovated so the beds were new and very comfortable. They were tall which was kind of funny. Everything was clean and the front desk operator was friendly.

Staff were super amazing kind friendly and went above & beyond for my son & I! Unfortunately we had neighbors that had TV loud & slamming doors. The staff had adressed the people but helped moved us to quieter location.

When I walked into the hotel the first person I met was Maddie. OMG she is such a sweetheart and made me feel comfortable and right at home. Thank you guys for everything!

I had asked for a late check out on Monday and was very bluntly denied one, even though I brought my swim team for the weekend with lots of business to your organizations. I am frustrated, disappointed and after being in your hotels for over 40 years with different organizations and personally, I believe our relationship with you folks has ended.

Also, in the bathroom, in spite on being a newly renovated floor, there appeared to be black mold on the lighting fixture . A single serve kerig coffee maker would be better and provide better coffee those those gadgets that are there.

The lobby area appeared clean but really was not. The floors looked dirty and need a good cleaning. Especially around the coffee bar area. The furniture in the lounge area and breakfast space is very worn and could use replacing. Great location!

The downsides were that the spa was not working one big thing we were looking forward too. They said it had been down for a week or so but didn’t know when it would be fixed. For a hotel with a spa that is a key point to have working. The plugs on the lamps in our room were loose and did not work, and the toilet would not fully flush.

The room was amazing, I loved the suite having a sofa/living area. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The only negative was the complimentary coffee in the lobby were often cold or empty.

Stay was one day. Breakfast was ok. Upstairs guest was noisy up to 2am so little rest.

Staff was so nice and welcoming. The area was safe and there were great restaurants right across from the hotel. A bit noisy because we were next to the elevators and the walls are very thin. Otherwise, great room and would stay here again!

I booked for 2 queen beds and I received one king bed and an uncomfortable bed couch that can feel the spring in the mattress. They said was hotels.com's fault because if we booked through this website this booking was not a guarantee for the room that we paid for.

We had an issue with a loud humming our whole stay. After the first night we told the front desk. It was never resolved. It kept us up at night.

Check in was smooth and easy. Room was perfect for remote work. It was nice having a few bottles of water upon arrival.

You get what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn & Suites. This location is in a nicer part of the Dallas area. There is a good restaurant and place to get beers across the street. There's a BBQ place in the same parking lot, as well.

As this was my second trip to Westlake, TX and the stay at Hampton Inn was again a great experience

Quiet place near shopping and places to eat. My only complant is the pool and pool area could have been a little cleaner. Tables in pool are needed to be cleaned and chairs in the pool patio had bird droppings on them. Pool need to have leaves etc scooped out.

I was on a business trip and brought my older sister with me for a get away from the reality of her life. On a business level I was very happy. On a personnel level I could not be happier, the staff was so sweet to my sister. I thank you on her behalf for a restful time away.

Would like to come back in July but now don’t know about Hampton.

Lovely property, friendly staff and good breakfast. Nice pool area. Beds were very hard. Probably the one drawback was the room was never serviced. We had to ask for towels and bath gel.

Had to change to this hotel due to heat being out at other facility. All was very smooth and hotel was very clean and staff friendly.

Bed bugs.. my kids and we’re bit by these monsters and basically the hotel manager wanted to do nothing about it… very disappointed… had to throw away 300$ worth of luggage… a week later my kids are still scratching… however Hotel.com refunded my stay but the hotel did nothing

For the price, the room was clean, breakfast was included, the room had ample space, and the employees were very nice and gave good recommendations. The place was centrally located near everything we wanted to do. There was a restaurant within walking distance. There is an outlet mall within a few miles. There is also hiking trails by the lake in less than a 2 minute drive. Very safe location as well. If you drink, there is a wine place right in front of the hotel and a bar at the hotel next door, both are easily walkable too.

Nice quiet and clean room

The staff there is greT all of them . Alley the daytime lady was over the top and deserves to be recognized for that . I had a minor procedure done on my back and she checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed or if there was something she could do. Very much appreciated. We will stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! Front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the area was quiet. There was a wine bar and a restaurant next door. You have a bit of a drive to get to other businesses, but the traffic was light (even in a super busy weekend). One of the reasons we chose this location was to get away from all the hustle!

Perfect place to stay!

Only stayed one night and it never stopped raining. Excellent breakfast, don’t miss the waffles. The room was nice, clean and well appointed. Only hiccup was the TV remote had dead batteries.

Internet did not work which meant we had no TV. AC and heat Fan would not go off in the room so was constantly blowing cool air all night long. And was not told upon check-in that we had to request room service to get any service for clean towels and trash pick up.

Amazing place to spend 2 days. Very nice staff.

During check-in the receptionist charged me for my room, and I had already paid for my stay thru Hotels.com.
