Nice rooms, friendly staff. Opted to park in a lot down the street for $8 overnight, instead of the $34 valet. Free coffee in room and lobby in the morning. Room had a smsll refrigerator. Great views of the water and walking distance to area attractions.

It's a very nice place to stay, but I would not recommend there restaurants so very over priced for what you get.

Great and helpful staff clean and comfortable rooms i would definitely stay there again

Location and the valet parking. I paid extra for Corner Room for the corner windows and I didn't get that room yet they said that I was technically in a corner room though it did not look like any of the pictures from booking.com

Noise festival outside window when I complained the following morning and booked out a day early no one contacted me.

Parking is a challenge but nice facility

The hotel has a really fun, funky, upscale-yet-approachable aesthetic to it that fits well for the location. The furniture and furnishings fit well within the aesthetic but they are very "tired" and could stand to be replaced. The limited menu at The Heights was surprising given the recommendations we received to visit there; nevertheless, the pizza was outstanding and the beverage offerings were plentiful. Our breakfast at the BRIM restaurant was delicious, too, and the hostess was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. The hotel graciously extended our check out time upon request so that we could enjoy our breakfast and not be rushed. The hotel's location is picturesque with great views of the Maumee River and the Toledo downtown skyline. We would stay here again.

Very good

The hotel and river walk are beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean, especially the bed. One street over it’s surrounded by bad areas. We were almost robbed in the parking garage, the valet was expensive and took a while. The shower wasn’t very warm.

Within walking distance to so many things

Rooms were nice. The food options were not great, we were expecting the upper level restaurant to be open. They had it on their website and on the TV guide in the rooms but went to top floor and it was closed permanently. All we had was the bar or the lobby restaurant that was not suitable for kids and way over priced.

He was wonderful. The room was to be expected size. Everything was great hotel. Staff was wonderful. The major issue here with this specific property is parking. Parking is not convenient, especially when there are sports events in the area.
